! C* O" N) s3 c7 d9 A; u$ QJOB SUMMARY: The Doorperson is responsible to the Operations Manager
( d  q0 L: R9 k$ R' C. ~(s) (RATT) and will enforce AGLC regulations and Students' Union/RATT  
3 J9 d6 E# L% _, qpolicies.  Protects patrons, staff and property of the Students´ Union.

3 Q5 E+ D- E+ ^  z2 k/ _# fDUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
1) Check identification to ensure patrons are of legal drinking age  
and are University affiliated.

2) Crowd control, ensuring maximum occupant load is not exceeded.

9 n: i, ]' h6 J, P0 Y' j5 w+ F3) Assists servers with bussing tables and keeping floor areas free  
of garbage.

! [+ ?, B% m6 z8 J+ g4) Patrols the area observing patron behavior, preventing over-
consumption of alcohol,  altercations, theft and vandalism.

5) Assists bartenders by stocking supplies and monitoring bar service  
* B9 O, \( B# Tarea when required.

6) Perform other job-related duties as required by the Operations  
# ?5 ]+ v. Z- }: x) hManager(s), Senior Operations Manager and Senior Manager.

QUALIFICATIONS;
. E+ X2 R+ U) u1) Minimum Alberta Grade XII or equivalent.
% Y4 s( `% ]8 y! o1 t
# W6 O6 ^- r: E4 c! s! ^! R- U2) Ability to deal appropriately and effectively with a large variety  
3 l3 ^2 n/ L+ L' M/ Rof patrons and/or possible negative situations.  To be able to work  
/ o0 [3 O5 x0 Y. Bcalmly under extremely stressful conditions.

3) Excellent work habits, appearance and personal hygiene.

! V& U! t# k3 V. Z* Z) k+ L8 v4) Must be physically capable.

5) Ability to deal effectively with staff, students and the general  
public.
