  ?" T  V! B$ l" {% a9 J1 M3 tJOB SUMMARY: The Doorperson is responsible to the Operations Manager
1 S" U. @! ^; ~1 w(s) (RATT) and will enforce AGLC regulations and Students' Union/RATT  
policies.  Protects patrons, staff and property of the Students´ Union.

0 p; [; O$ u4 M% h! jDUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
: F( \  A4 Q, p0 G( ~# L1) Check identification to ensure patrons are of legal drinking age  
! x9 z- g: A* y: K+ A% _" Nand are University affiliated.
5 T! D( ?; c6 s1 o' V7 o6 }3 O# W8 ^
- o$ F; E, Q1 K3 _% S2) Crowd control, ensuring maximum occupant load is not exceeded.

) C, c9 k0 o5 I1 n/ x3) Assists servers with bussing tables and keeping floor areas free  
& C/ }  m. h% N: K8 ?% ~8 T! pof garbage.

! B- Z3 E) F9 p7 Q) ^. B$ u4) Patrols the area observing patron behavior, preventing over-
+ K& g+ `  J( t4 Q  f4 Econsumption of alcohol,  altercations, theft and vandalism.
( @8 m4 P  X5 m+ Y' r9 Q# l" B
1 ^% j, q4 N. x4 T. e( Q5) Assists bartenders by stocking supplies and monitoring bar service  
# C, ]6 C0 C+ larea when required.

6) Perform other job-related duties as required by the Operations  
Manager(s), Senior Operations Manager and Senior Manager.

  l+ s+ w8 A9 M5 N4 OQUALIFICATIONS;
1) Minimum Alberta Grade XII or equivalent.
3 W) s2 ?8 p/ ]7 M& {- b$ N
& z7 r- {1 W' F) E5 r. h$ t2) Ability to deal appropriately and effectively with a large variety  
of patrons and/or possible negative situations.  To be able to work  
calmly under extremely stressful conditions.

3) Excellent work habits, appearance and personal hygiene.

4) Must be physically capable.
