POSITION SUMMARY:
3 l/ `5 e: }' {' H# c. E- T( i8 ^+ d
, q8 C( H+ \; b7 t$ X•        Assist the Store Manager in ensuring outstanding customer service and 100% program execution at a Blockbuster store.  
Key areas: Customer Service Excellence, Operational Excellence, Financial Results.
•        Lead by example-role model for the company service standards.
•        Provide guidance, training, and direction to Shift Leaders and Customer Service Representatives.
4 O8 g$ Y# s2 P7 n: {& N•        Assist in managing store scheduling system to ensure there is proper coverage for all shifts including days, evenings, weekends and statutory holidays.
7 N  |) l" B$ q* v2 C8 j/ b; D/ ?5 z•        Assist in maintaining employee files and records.
•        Assist in keeping the interior and exterior of the store clean and organized.

/ e  g5 H3 N" Y! i; gREQUIREMENTS:

7 W9 E( F  {" U•        Minimum 2-3 years supervisory experience within the retail, entertainment, or hospitality industry.
8 a: I' S. W& t# d7 f5 m•        Excellent verbal communication and coaching skills.
7 N. @9 y. |$ S) j; v/ u3 ]8 X•        Working knowledge of profit and loss statements.
5 |+ H5 y/ ^5 h/ ?•        Strong administrative and organizational skills.
