POSITION SUMMARY:

' z8 m7 U# }: M  O. x•        Assist the Store Manager in ensuring outstanding customer service and 100% program execution at a Blockbuster store.  
Key areas: Customer Service Excellence, Operational Excellence, Financial Results.
+ r3 J6 t' K0 V+ [. i+ f, L•        Lead by example-role model for the company service standards.
" h" I: a6 b# e) J•        Provide guidance, training, and direction to Shift Leaders and Customer Service Representatives.
: g0 `1 q- d% q! b# r•        Assist in managing store scheduling system to ensure there is proper coverage for all shifts including days, evenings, weekends and statutory holidays.
; b1 R" p2 \$ p3 y3 X, M" i$ b•        Assist in maintaining employee files and records.
3 |6 |' L$ M! ?: D. B•        Assist in keeping the interior and exterior of the store clean and organized.

REQUIREMENTS:
9 [; }8 R/ ^9 ~1 a  n
4 O5 V8 m% M# o. u" n0 J•        Minimum 2-3 years supervisory experience within the retail, entertainment, or hospitality industry.
•        Excellent verbal communication and coaching skills.
" r9 J0 G8 D& x9 z8 p( I% g: ^1 ?•        Working knowledge of profit and loss statements.
•        Strong administrative and organizational skills.
