$ X& c7 O- p/ ?1 I6 p•        Manage the store’s resources in order to maximize the key result areas:
8 |! @& M: T% t3 l; Q) _: sDriving revenue, Controlling Costs and delivery of Exceptional Customer Service.
•        Hire, develop, train, coach and motivate the store employee team.
$ r& ]& T. k) P8 c) ?6 ~•        Manage store-scheduling system to ensure there is proper coverage for all shifts including days, evenings, weekends and statutory holidays.
•        Control store-operating expenses.
•        Lead by example in company service standards.
; i2 z* w, S( @9 Z0 V% X1 h& J: \•        Manage store physical inventory.
7 W- `  `; \$ S3 ^4 K•        Maintain employee files and records.
# C& h% i4 W! P2 K. M% v! M•        Manage store Health & Safety program.

REQUIREMENTS:
, G* Z& j5 r3 }: |7 Y
•        University or College diploma in Business an asset.
) x  W+ k3 x# b•        Minimum 2 (two) years + supervisor/management experience preferable in a retail, entertainment, or hospitality industry.
- ?4 d4 M- p9 H8 W2 H' ~+ w•        Excellent verbal communication and coaching skills.
•        Excellent customer service skills.
•        Sound financial knowledge of profit and loss statements.
; B- b+ C' [0 w3 m•        Able to multi-task in a fast paced environment.

•        Strong administrative and organizational skills.
