POSITION SUMMARY:

•        Manage the store’s resources in order to maximize the key result areas:
2 m6 P: U& w) x$ [Driving revenue, Controlling Costs and delivery of Exceptional Customer Service.
" d) x, n% e+ ~3 h•        Hire, develop, train, coach and motivate the store employee team.
5 D+ \/ ?* @6 q•        Manage store-scheduling system to ensure there is proper coverage for all shifts including days, evenings, weekends and statutory holidays.
•        Control store-operating expenses.
$ T1 B5 d" O  A' S# J•        Lead by example in company service standards.
•        Manage store physical inventory.
•        Maintain employee files and records.
•        Manage store Health & Safety program.

  Z6 {# x# Q; g1 ?# e•        University or College diploma in Business an asset.
( h' A" H# \6 i/ V•        Minimum 2 (two) years + supervisor/management experience preferable in a retail, entertainment, or hospitality industry.
. V' w' |: a1 U( b) U/ k3 g: l% }5 p+ t•        Excellent verbal communication and coaching skills.

0 {( W! q; ~- @8 k8 E6 L+ A& j•        Sound financial knowledge of profit and loss statements.
