POSITION SUMMARY:

1 t$ Y" F$ N, |) m2 m- p•        Manage the store’s resources in order to maximize the key result areas:
Driving revenue, Controlling Costs and delivery of Exceptional Customer Service.
& ?% w* E. A" B' a& j6 ]•        Hire, develop, train, coach and motivate the store employee team.
) O: y1 _' F4 `$ ^( y•        Manage store-scheduling system to ensure there is proper coverage for all shifts including days, evenings, weekends and statutory holidays.
7 Z4 R/ ~: g3 P' V# d4 b. }- V•        Control store-operating expenses.
" G& c2 ?$ S; D" h' M•        Lead by example in company service standards.
•        Manage store physical inventory.
•        Maintain employee files and records.
5 A4 F9 M2 z, f! F- C•        Manage store Health & Safety program.

REQUIREMENTS:
# t$ t2 _3 \- X; K. `3 f' h4 k5 g
•        University or College diploma in Business an asset.
, D2 a2 U  `3 l) E# u# H•        Minimum 2 (two) years + supervisor/management experience preferable in a retail, entertainment, or hospitality industry.
: j, F0 }' t% a* U: }•        Excellent verbal communication and coaching skills.
•        Excellent customer service skills.
+ b& b6 S) E/ t5 c9 @•        Sound financial knowledge of profit and loss statements.
•        Able to multi-task in a fast paced environment.
' e: l8 {) }6 [. B% t9 R- }•        Strong Leadership skills.
•        Strong administrative and organizational skills.
