" ~' a' U6 b' r0 r+ i•        Manage the store’s resources in order to maximize the key result areas:
* K2 I5 l! K! ~5 A- p: d+ y2 ^: J# KDriving revenue, Controlling Costs and delivery of Exceptional Customer Service.
•        Hire, develop, train, coach and motivate the store employee team.
: e" K% _5 F! P•        Manage store-scheduling system to ensure there is proper coverage for all shifts including days, evenings, weekends and statutory holidays.
•        Control store-operating expenses.
9 i9 H+ \7 O6 s/ K7 ?•        Lead by example in company service standards.
•        Manage store physical inventory.
•        Maintain employee files and records.
- S" u( D2 Q% g4 g4 o•        Manage store Health & Safety program.


- ~1 F! H# `$ B; G+ T8 ?REQUIREMENTS:

7 D5 w+ r$ d9 }  p  R•        University or College diploma in Business an asset.
& ^. k& s$ c: Y, K. Q! V% o/ b9 Y7 m•        Minimum 2 (two) years + supervisor/management experience preferable in a retail, entertainment, or hospitality industry.
7 w. m3 d% U" O7 R/ Z9 J5 }4 P: g•        Excellent verbal communication and coaching skills.
1 ~0 d# {# ~5 Z& i•        Excellent customer service skills.
6 \) y: p7 f/ b+ {•        Sound financial knowledge of profit and loss statements.
& R& _- h( q4 L•        Able to multi-task in a fast paced environment.
5 N5 E5 N$ j6 _; g  o# Q( i$ r•        Strong Leadership skills.
