•        Manage the store’s resources in order to maximize the key result areas:
- U/ S, i. o+ m" ?# B! JDriving revenue, Controlling Costs and delivery of Exceptional Customer Service.
2 }; d8 |0 M1 p0 H, N•        Hire, develop, train, coach and motivate the store employee team.
•        Manage store-scheduling system to ensure there is proper coverage for all shifts including days, evenings, weekends and statutory holidays.
•        Control store-operating expenses.

5 u+ U6 s! y; }2 i$ k•        Manage store physical inventory.
•        Maintain employee files and records.
% h, F9 W2 G' w3 \•        Manage store Health & Safety program.

; Q2 d" G9 z$ A2 T  {•        University or College diploma in Business an asset.
•        Minimum 2 (two) years + supervisor/management experience preferable in a retail, entertainment, or hospitality industry.
" Q7 C4 ]- k1 m& l•        Excellent verbal communication and coaching skills.
# n3 t" t1 o" Q  q+ S4 X•        Excellent customer service skills.
•        Sound financial knowledge of profit and loss statements.
•        Able to multi-task in a fast paced environment.
