POSITION SUMMARY:

$ m" y8 j  M0 F5 y6 a0 d$ D+ |/ X•        Manage the store’s resources in order to maximize the key result areas:
& k/ Z" k1 U# K$ s  B, F9 M6 h7 I: `Driving revenue, Controlling Costs and delivery of Exceptional Customer Service.
4 y8 k4 \0 R" d4 L7 R+ f•        Hire, develop, train, coach and motivate the store employee team.
•        Manage store-scheduling system to ensure there is proper coverage for all shifts including days, evenings, weekends and statutory holidays.
" n4 A* g/ w, E& ?•        Control store-operating expenses.
•        Lead by example in company service standards.
$ N) M6 W- p! ]$ X6 p0 I, p•        Manage store physical inventory.
2 P6 u" t9 D$ S9 P( ^•        Maintain employee files and records.
7 c9 o1 A7 X( U$ n; I( G•        Manage store Health & Safety program.

REQUIREMENTS:
/ u+ i) E' p6 h$ t1 B: E2 a
1 h, j2 O" W; N( j& {9 s•        University or College diploma in Business an asset.
•        Minimum 2 (two) years + supervisor/management experience preferable in a retail, entertainment, or hospitality industry.
/ @- l' Z" S/ w9 V4 e•        Excellent verbal communication and coaching skills.
•        Excellent customer service skills.
7 L+ m6 a( I4 O6 _) P- Y5 D•        Sound financial knowledge of profit and loss statements.
/ L+ P3 f" b* V- w# F( w•        Able to multi-task in a fast paced environment.
) `" r$ d  G& f* O•        Strong Leadership skills.
