) Y$ h! L, z* s% W! q$ a•        Manage the store’s resources in order to maximize the key result areas:
: x' n+ f% m4 m9 a5 N3 pDriving revenue, Controlling Costs and delivery of Exceptional Customer Service.
; h& ?' S3 M  g6 N•        Hire, develop, train, coach and motivate the store employee team.
•        Manage store-scheduling system to ensure there is proper coverage for all shifts including days, evenings, weekends and statutory holidays.
•        Control store-operating expenses.
•        Lead by example in company service standards.

  Z9 ]* d4 S1 e  u. e/ u•        Maintain employee files and records.

REQUIREMENTS:

•        University or College diploma in Business an asset.
•        Minimum 2 (two) years + supervisor/management experience preferable in a retail, entertainment, or hospitality industry.
•        Excellent verbal communication and coaching skills.
  m7 q9 ]5 x% O# E1 M•        Excellent customer service skills.
, N4 s7 {3 m5 u% w3 R•        Sound financial knowledge of profit and loss statements.
. U  N. S) l# E' D5 t•        Able to multi-task in a fast paced environment.
