POSITION SUMMARY:! f# a E! Q2 h; w
& { \7 q8 s1 W5 L• Manage the store’s resources in order to maximize the key result areas:
1 @! ?* c5 `* J" sDriving revenue, Controlling Costs and delivery of Exceptional Customer Service.
. P) n/ c/ i E2 L' ~9 u; t• Hire, develop, train, coach and motivate the store employee team.
$ l2 I9 \2 {6 D& N' \• Manage store-scheduling system to ensure there is proper coverage for all shifts including days, evenings, weekends and statutory holidays.* Q: E* }: i6 L( h+ x9 I, x
• Control store-operating expenses.
2 h* J8 S9 o" t! q• Lead by example in company service standards.
8 _* n. U# I$ u# J. F• Manage store physical inventory.

• Manage store Health & Safety program.

• University or College diploma in Business an asset.
% m$ e! B5 _4 k6 V/ ^; \• Minimum 2 (two) years + supervisor/management experience preferable in a retail, entertainment, or hospitality industry.8 S, K2 _0 L: `0 l& b& K5 W2 I) b
• Excellent verbal communication and coaching skills.
$ O6 U( I7 R) q$ _' N9 S* ?• Excellent customer service skills.
