Chej Property Management Inc. is hiring a Resident Manager to oversee a portfolio of rental properties in North Edmonton. This role requires strong communication, customer-service skills, and hands-on property management experience.

Role Details
Hours: 8 hours/day, 5 days/week (Monday–Friday) — full-time; Lieu of time and working on weekends is possible
Location: Our office is in the south; travel to north sites required
Vehicle: Own vehicle and valid driver’s license required; vehicle reimbursement provided
Probation: 90-day probationary period

Investigate, document, and report issues of properties and tenants
) }& ~, B2 e0 S) C! EManage and address maintenance requests; inspect completed work
Issue notices to tenants
( R  ~$ T* q7 h1 zCommunicate with tenants to resolve issues; respond promptly to calls, emails, and texts
Monitor repair status and property condition
