Summary
Chej Property Management Inc. is hiring a Resident Manager to oversee a portfolio of rental properties in North Edmonton. This role requires strong communication, customer-service skills, and hands-on property management experience.

Hours: 8 hours/day, 5 days/week (Monday–Friday) — full-time; Lieu of time and working on weekends is possible
Location: Our office is in the south; travel to north sites required
Vehicle: Own vehicle and valid driver’s license required; vehicle reimbursement provided

Requirements
Minimum 6 months of customer-service–related experience
Post-secondary degree

Class 5 driver’s license

Key Responsibilities
Investigate, document, and report issues of properties and tenants
9 u% W' k0 _, u% p* E+ jManage and address maintenance requests; inspect completed work
5 ~8 v0 ~* ^' ?Issue notices to tenants
2 q; [; d0 o; D8 r+ R5 a& NCommunicate with tenants to resolve issues; respond promptly to calls, emails, and texts
Monitor repair status and property condition
% k0 J8 h* N! t, k% W& [Use property-management software to track and complete tasks
