Duties include: integrating with a multifaceted research program geared
% D5 g/ V( }. [4 Y' Hat mercury and trace elements emissions control; maintaining a1 j. P, L# g5 x( N
laboratory book; communicating problems and implementing solutions
# N- c2 T0 T+ W6 keffectively with assigned lab supervisor; and flexibility to interact3 c. [4 Y: G+ H* L; O6 a
with a number of ongoing projects. The successful candidate will develop* N4 F$ s) ?8 Q5 P; ?7 k
skills in analytical techniques, fundamental and applied research in a
. r4 a8 M( ?' k) ^& }supportive environment. Possible interaction with full-scale testing of
* L3 B8 w3 y1 o0 P9 Q% pnovel materials and inter-departmental facilities. ( ~8 |( c; i& ~* D, e

No previous experience necessary; ability to work with people, work( y0 m4 y0 w( Q: B1 ~5 ~, x
safely and learn new skills in a laboratory environment; interest in6 z! p+ S4 I; u2 `
environmental emissions controls for industry.$ D/ Q+ E4 d1 s7 i% \ m1 a6 z
3 v, Z+ t1 }3 i1 ]) |! ]8 jPreference will be given to second year or more advanced students with/ P4 w8 x& e8 t
demonstrated relevant program interests.
