( i- k9 i7 M& j27.5 hours a week.  $8.96 an hour.  Hours from 3 p.m. until 8:30  
p.m., Monday through Friday

17.5 hours a week.  $8.96 an hour.  Hours from 11:30 a.m. until 3:00  
p.m., Monday through Friday
JOB SUMMARY:  The Food Service Worker I is responsible to the  
Operations Manager and Senior Operations Manager-Food Services.

9 W! _- C& u$ i5 CDUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES;
, s% n% Y  W( ]4 `1 Y4 D' L1) Serve as cashier when required.

* t* E+ ]$ \! f+ P2) Cleanliness of all areas and supplies and equipment.

1 f- |! c& Z% ^$ P4 L3) Food preparation and cooking as required.

& m% g5 i6 W$ A9 z9 R. F4) To follow stipulate of the Edmonton Board of Health.

9 F5 \# r6 f. O5) Monitor product levels, order, receive and store food deliveries.

0 a: m7 U( k! x( n' Y  H6) Perform monthly food inventory.
. F' J# N" L& J* [8 v
7) Capable and willing to work in all areas and able to work rotating  
shifts within Power Plant/RATT operating hours.

1 b) Z# L- k/ j  J3 {/ v2 N3 h To perform other related duties as directed by the Manager.

( d. ^; M% i1 y9 G3 ]) I+ m( _- ~  y1) Minimum one year experience as a short order cook, thorough  
6 d; ^  x4 W2 q0 L+ hknowledge of food handling and storage techniques.
7 i! c8 Z+ L/ s) e: E4 F
2) Previous experience with food inventories.
  P% I" `  X, A0 y* a7 |
3) Cashier experience.
4) Excellent work habits, appearance and personal hygiene.

: Y  c( c/ ^! ], o: s( |5 V! w5) Very good public and staff relations.

- t2 H  w* N$ j4 V6) Completion of Grade XII (Alberta) or equivalent.

Wage: $8.96/hour (under negotiation) plus 50% discount on food  
purchased at SU outlets to be eaten on shift break
