p.m., Monday through Friday

17.5 hours a week.  $8.96 an hour.  Hours from 11:30 a.m. until 3:00

' K/ _" ]( Q1 G! IJOB SUMMARY:  The Food Service Worker I is responsible to the  
' t! S' `" t, m% ~# E6 ZOperations Manager and Senior Operations Manager-Food Services.

# ]' U$ I- |. S& r2 x$ ^DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES;
/ z0 e5 P( h" C9 J$ x5 m6 l1) Serve as cashier when required.

2) Cleanliness of all areas and supplies and equipment.

3) Food preparation and cooking as required.

4) To follow stipulate of the Edmonton Board of Health.

% C% q9 D% D4 ^+ b+ W( z# J& `5) Monitor product levels, order, receive and store food deliveries.

& ]4 R0 B' b) U6 r* ?6 I6) Perform monthly food inventory.

- h- L& H( Q2 _4 p7) Capable and willing to work in all areas and able to work rotating  
shifts within Power Plant/RATT operating hours.

QUALIFICATIONS;
" A" W9 {* q+ A( c7 e1) Minimum one year experience as a short order cook, thorough  
knowledge of food handling and storage techniques.
) K3 h- {  o0 I
2) Previous experience with food inventories.
. G% ]6 K+ M2 l4 p3 A
! L. k  l0 t' ]& d9 N! b2 z3) Cashier experience.
4) Excellent work habits, appearance and personal hygiene.

, q8 m1 P' Q; ~8 i6 ?" D  X9 h  i5) Very good public and staff relations.

6) Completion of Grade XII (Alberta) or equivalent.

Wage: $8.96/hour (under negotiation) plus 50% discount on food  
purchased at SU outlets to be eaten on shift break
