p.m., Monday through Friday
JOB SUMMARY:  The Food Service Worker I is responsible to the  
5 ~# u9 X7 Z6 m6 |5 s) o. o# EOperations Manager and Senior Operations Manager-Food Services.

: M/ p% W: J/ g% hDUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES;
1 L( L1 e, F. R8 B1) Serve as cashier when required.

2) Cleanliness of all areas and supplies and equipment.

; R4 J0 X! g/ v9 Z3) Food preparation and cooking as required.
: y( e' v5 H& l1 R5 F* w$ ]9 a
4) To follow stipulate of the Edmonton Board of Health.

1 E7 P6 j/ C! B* F5) Monitor product levels, order, receive and store food deliveries.

5 j- ~4 h8 C; l1 y! D9 @6) Perform monthly food inventory.

+ X( d7 s0 q$ W7) Capable and willing to work in all areas and able to work rotating  
shifts within Power Plant/RATT operating hours.

To perform other related duties as directed by the Manager.

QUALIFICATIONS;
4 y/ v5 c3 X# X) e# m$ P7 A1) Minimum one year experience as a short order cook, thorough  
. `8 B5 \2 }) J0 o  {knowledge of food handling and storage techniques.

2) Previous experience with food inventories.
1 b) [6 O. x# S& L
3) Cashier experience.
  {* g+ A% k$ U1 ~/ _; [/ ?4) Excellent work habits, appearance and personal hygiene.

$ @% L' g* z+ _) {5) Very good public and staff relations.

6) Completion of Grade XII (Alberta) or equivalent.

Wage: $8.96/hour (under negotiation) plus 50% discount on food  
purchased at SU outlets to be eaten on shift break
