3. Have education in any of high school, college, university and other qualified institutions

1. Complete maintenance and cleaning tasks with proper tools
. y# c2 u1 d% b3 s2. Ensure safety of self, other associates, tenants, owners and public during the performance of tasks/ W- e6 O% p% _
3. Communicate with other associates regarding tasks, budgets, costs, and other information related to the duties4 I. t7 L6 v. o3 a, \8 _6 z
4. Coordinate with tenants with entry schedules and issue notices) o9 e5 A! e# @# l
5. Explain to property owners regarding maintenance details and costs( |5 J7 h( x: b/ _
