2. Have hand on skills on cleaning and maintenance
( G0 J; d% y! T' h- D- E' ]3. Have education in any of high school, college, university and other qualified institutions
4. Able to use smart phone, apps, softwares, browsers and emails
; \; e5 H2 q7 M  K# m; W5. Has class 5 drivers license
6 P0 b3 f- ^& V6 e; W, b+ t* p6. At least 1-year work experience in any field

Job Duties:
1. Complete maintenance and cleaning tasks with proper tools
2. Ensure safety of self, other associates, tenants, owners and public during the performance of tasks
" w& Y* u$ U6 k" B3. Communicate with other associates regarding tasks, budgets, costs, and other information related to the duties
4. Coordinate with tenants with entry schedules and issue notices
