2. Have hand on skills on cleaning and maintenance
* T# e# S G1 E) g& z4 ^6 i3. Have education in any of high school, college, university and other qualified institutions% h6 `* l- Q/ z$ p' `- K
4. Able to use smart phone, apps, softwares, browsers and emails5 G7 K9 r/ z' i# V' \4 |; k
5. Has class 5 drivers license

Job Duties:
" U5 v2 d% r5 s) r1. Complete maintenance and cleaning tasks with proper tools; @1 `; K: z# h+ s, k
2. Ensure safety of self, other associates, tenants, owners and public during the performance of tasks! \7 I: o; x+ b
3. Communicate with other associates regarding tasks, budgets, costs, and other information related to the duties
. B9 E+ e) m6 S/ i! ^8 q4 s4. Coordinate with tenants with entry schedules and issue notices5 ]1 N4 P; Y7 {- v* R" O
5. Explain to property owners regarding maintenance details and costs$ `0 Y/ o$ B2 i3 }
