* ^. `$ i4 b: X D" dWe are currently seeking a Maintenance Coordinator for a portfolio of rental properties in Edmonton. As this is a key tenant-facing role in the company, the successful application will have extensive experience with residential management, communication, and task follow ups.

Maintaining awareness of the local rental market and recommending appropriate rental rates, leasing strategies, and incentives to control vacancy.

Monitoring and supervision of site staff for unit turnovers and routine maintenance activities.

Sourcing appropriate third-party vendors to provide services to the property as required.
+ ~. H. p5 H+ t8 a- TConduct regular inspections of the properties to ensure first-class operations are maintained.
$ r5 [+ C C8 A* K1 FPlan and recommend capital improvements that may be required.* s* f/ p% H6 C9 Z+ A' v
Ensure on-call maintenance requests and emergencies are handled promptly, including in-person attendance if major incidents occur.2 ~ U3 ^. B: L8 W- u+ f2 Y
