 Maintaining awareness of the local rental market and recommending appropriate rental rates, leasing strategies, and incentives to control vacancy.9 ]1 D8 R! k: `

 Preparation of appropriate preventive maintenance plans for assigned properties.

 Sourcing appropriate third-party vendors to provide services to the property as required.
