Review and approval of monthly financial statements, rent rolls, and revenue reports.7 t/ \+ m1 ?6 ~; n7 J4 B2 N
Oversight of day-to-day operating expenditures for the properties.
( g5 k# }6 W2 }; r qCollection of rents and arrears, including initiating legal action when required.
' g, R; k- A' y1 D$ eMaintaining awareness of the local rental market and recommending appropriate rental rates, leasing strategies, and incentives to control vacancy.

Maintenance& i7 ?' |3 Y$ ^ i/ r
Preparation of appropriate preventive maintenance plans for assigned properties.
4 ~* b, E% R+ S$ v$ k5 YMonitoring and supervision of site staff for unit turnovers and routine maintenance activities.

Sourcing appropriate third-party vendors to provide services to the property as required.

Plan and recommend capital improvements that may be required.
