Any experience managing a portfolio of residential properties.

Review and approval of monthly financial statements, rent rolls, and revenue reports.

Collection of rents and arrears, including initiating legal action when required.

Preparation of appropriate preventive maintenance plans for assigned properties." q5 r, @1 I7 T+ t& B. J. X. f

Ensuring all properties are in compliance with local building and safety codes.

0 r( ]4 k% T& bConduct regular inspections of the properties to ensure first-class operations are maintained.

: Y y$ C% M3 n' k# P) x. M7 mEnsure on-call maintenance requests and emergencies are handled promptly, including in-person attendance if major incidents occur.
