As this is a key tenant-facing role in the company, the successful application will have extensive experience with residential management, communication, project supervision, and financial & operations reporting.

Maintaining regular, clear, and appropriate communication with tenants.

Collection of rents and arrears, including initiating legal action when required.4 R, \5 K) R1 M0 G- q( P5 G
Maintaining awareness of the local rental market and recommending appropriate rental rates, leasing strategies, and incentives to control vacancy./ Q, C$ w: J9 e- K
Maintenance

Preparation of appropriate preventive maintenance plans for assigned properties.
. |0 p: v! K! bMonitoring and supervision of site staff for unit turnovers and routine maintenance activities.
. r$ b& d" @- Y: j1 }Ensuring all properties are in compliance with local building and safety codes.

Conduct regular inspections of the properties to ensure first-class operations are maintained.0 u. s( g! @- j
Plan and recommend capital improvements that may be required.
\" a) G* l; P% hEnsure on-call maintenance requests and emergencies are handled promptly, including in-person attendance if major incidents occur.
