As this is a key tenant-facing role in the company, the successful application will have extensive experience with residential management, communication, project supervision, and financial & operations reporting.

Open house showings

Financial

7 F- L N9 G0 b8 n2 lReview and approval of monthly financial statements, rent rolls, and revenue reports.
& {' e! h' }' _; O5 VOversight of day-to-day operating expenditures for the properties.

Maintaining awareness of the local rental market and recommending appropriate rental rates, leasing strategies, and incentives to control vacancy.

Monitoring and supervision of site staff for unit turnovers and routine maintenance activities.
* Y7 y* l9 z F0 {Ensuring all properties are in compliance with local building and safety codes.
/ P5 k6 k5 V1 J4 _* a9 r1 ySourcing appropriate third-party vendors to provide services to the property as required.6 k- r7 C0 B# H2 U
Conduct regular inspections of the properties to ensure first-class operations are maintained.- U4 v% O: a3 Z6 \0 W- V

Ensure on-call maintenance requests and emergencies are handled promptly, including in-person attendance if major incidents occur.
