The University of Alberta - Office of the Registrar is currently
recruiting for the full time summer position of International Admissions
Student Intern.

Salary to be paid will be $15.95 per hour for 35 hours per week.

$ i$ p$ x5 z+ K2 F% bDuties include: file matching, controlling unmatched documents,
answering student inquiries over email, phone and walk in visits,
maintaining paper flow procedures for Faculties, creating pdf files of
0 I, O/ e; c! J6 L8 radmission letters to be emailed to students living at international
addresses and general office duties.

3 A! f6 D% C. \7 \Qualifications include ability to work in a fast paced busy unit during
peak admissions cycle, strong spoken and written English language
skills. Other languages other than English will be an asset. Suitably
$ Q  x( _7 w$ r4 u9 y0 i4 oproficient with computer use (MS Office); Peoplesoft (OASIS) experience
# p) }$ s" a& U- pan asset, excellent organization skills, motivated and able to follow
directions.
