+ c: b8 M) J; m: T3 g- ~Salary to be paid will be $15.95 per hour for 35 hours per week.

/ c1 q; o& n% [) O$ Q7 b4 YDuties include: file matching, controlling unmatched documents,
& U7 G& n" j9 \- wanswering student inquiries over email, phone and walk in visits,
maintaining paper flow procedures for Faculties, creating pdf files of
admission letters to be emailed to students living at international
addresses and general office duties.
! L! z* y# G0 [  d- R+ E+ ~
" e0 \& U9 m7 JQualifications include ability to work in a fast paced busy unit during
% I: |% |# c% h4 \9 Opeak admissions cycle, strong spoken and written English language
skills. Other languages other than English will be an asset. Suitably
: x4 m% F" ~* C$ Cproficient with computer use (MS Office); Peoplesoft (OASIS) experience
an asset, excellent organization skills, motivated and able to follow
5 U& g4 b& i3 ~7 }directions.
