The University of Alberta - Office of the Registrar is currently
recruiting for the full time summer position of International Admissions
& ^! H( g  \1 b7 I! o8 W; LStudent Intern.

Salary to be paid will be $15.95 per hour for 35 hours per week.

. l! A  S. u4 LDuties include: file matching, controlling unmatched documents,
, w5 S( {& i9 Uanswering student inquiries over email, phone and walk in visits,
2 ]9 t- m: K& T& }2 l; t+ x5 H* n+ vmaintaining paper flow procedures for Faculties, creating pdf files of
! \/ n; h) b/ b$ ~4 ^8 Dadmission letters to be emailed to students living at international
  v3 h! t* T4 P4 ]; d) waddresses and general office duties.

% v: i6 ~% s. z) ]4 [Qualifications include ability to work in a fast paced busy unit during
peak admissions cycle, strong spoken and written English language
7 X( H! k& @& Y, P, _skills. Other languages other than English will be an asset. Suitably
proficient with computer use (MS Office); Peoplesoft (OASIS) experience
7 ^3 o: k: P  @& \) Can asset, excellent organization skills, motivated and able to follow
7 G- P$ y6 \$ w- ]+ B! X& S2 B7 ndirections.
