8 a9 e) }, b8 ZSalary to be paid will be $15.95 per hour for 35 hours per week.

1 K4 U, B/ p$ G9 yDuties include: file matching, controlling unmatched documents,
0 v6 }5 W. M+ s2 ^1 Q: X% [answering student inquiries over email, phone and walk in visits,
* F6 r9 t/ m" J6 r5 D$ imaintaining paper flow procedures for Faculties, creating pdf files of
2 }. k0 D; M* d; x0 I8 |admission letters to be emailed to students living at international
addresses and general office duties.
% m/ A9 k4 ^) T2 V
Qualifications include ability to work in a fast paced busy unit during
, `; U! ^4 B: W! s, G3 _% v& F- Speak admissions cycle, strong spoken and written English language
8 P6 b, b; Z- v7 L3 n! b! askills. Other languages other than English will be an asset. Suitably
proficient with computer use (MS Office); Peoplesoft (OASIS) experience
an asset, excellent organization skills, motivated and able to follow
directions.
