Student Intern.

. m1 e" S$ U: r7 Y* r/ C% J. uSalary to be paid will be $15.95 per hour for 35 hours per week.

0 O8 P. ]7 [- ?. e( g% KDuties include: file matching, controlling unmatched documents,
* A3 C  m- _) r, O( hanswering student inquiries over email, phone and walk in visits,
/ ^( r6 L6 y" j4 F- T% p1 pmaintaining paper flow procedures for Faculties, creating pdf files of
admission letters to be emailed to students living at international
, }) j0 Q# x) W6 naddresses and general office duties.

Qualifications include ability to work in a fast paced busy unit during
3 b6 j9 j5 y+ P1 p8 p" lpeak admissions cycle, strong spoken and written English language
skills. Other languages other than English will be an asset. Suitably
$ I# D$ i0 V5 o/ Vproficient with computer use (MS Office); Peoplesoft (OASIS) experience
an asset, excellent organization skills, motivated and able to follow
4 ~4 N: X' e! Q. q& V3 qdirections.
