2 C! Q0 [& H7 A0 M" O: r6 }CIBS to secure and schedule various program requirements (off-campus6 O& U+ V# A$ B* L
venues, tour agents, goods and services, program materials and supplies,
- Q+ D0 A# ~ @etc.); reproducing and distributing documents and correspondence for* g% o- K l. C* P- K$ B! N
participants, assisting to orient participants to the University and, v4 @$ i. a0 v. g6 U
their program on their arrival, and trouble-shooting for them during* p' W( C. C% Q; O) O6 a$ P
their program; booking program venues, setting up for sessions,
- D4 D" B- u; a- k5 h5 {* O$ aassisting visiting speakers or invited session presenters, striking+ Q2 n# L8 p) l% Y
venue at end of session; traveling as guide with groups on in-city( z* n# k& S+ W
outings or site visits, or, occasionally, on overnight out-of-city% C2 C. X* @5 l6 h
excursions (does not involve driving or overnight week night

functions; translating, revising or drafting program-related documents

Commerce, Education or Economics preferred, ability to communicate. ?4 O4 V# M7 c# J O8 l9 O) m
fluently (oral and written) in English and Mandarin Chinese,
: v+ r2 r, ?% i! [, I3 J" ?demonstrates a high-level of self organization, initiative to undertake
R4 [; \; S" z1 {# x2 wa variety of tasks; ability to coordinate individual efforts with those
+ p6 Z5 _' `2 [5 M7 Qof co-workers, excellent interpersonal organization and time-management: o+ _. Q; n8 M, {( p# S
skills; accuracy to detail; working knowledge of MS applications (Word,
