Hours per week will be 20 - 30 - 20 during the first few weeks, then 30

Duties include: preparing for programs by working with current staff at
$ k* n8 O8 g, JCIBS to secure and schedule various program requirements (off-campus9 D$ t9 ?# |8 e0 z0 j$ C, E% k
venues, tour agents, goods and services, program materials and supplies,$ L# E) @% q9 ]
etc.); reproducing and distributing documents and correspondence for7 s# c0 ~/ J* {& B( R' ^, B9 `7 T7 y
participants, assisting to orient participants to the University and" [$ k0 ?" T0 B1 q
their program on their arrival, and trouble-shooting for them during% |. E6 s. N$ z' a
their program; booking program venues, setting up for sessions,; N9 d8 m( m- d# ^& m3 I
assisting visiting speakers or invited session presenters, striking

Commerce, Education or Economics preferred, ability to communicate

8 A W9 V. f$ edemonstrates a high-level of self organization, initiative to undertake
; n' _0 b9 I+ z* I$ U& B9 Ha variety of tasks; ability to coordinate individual efforts with those
