Salary to be paid will be $15.00 per hour for a 40 hour week.

Duties include: working closely with graduate students and research
1 g: [- x$ G5 a- b( }2 ^technicians, the candidate will work on the synthesis of intermediates
) Q/ V/ M/ q2 _3 M( {0 Xfor use in chemical and biochemical research. Particular duties will
include carrying out chemical and/or enzymatic reactions and purifying
4 W' x' q5 I: C; Kcompounds by chromatography.
: }$ x# ]& v" V+ l
Qualifications include successful completion of courses in organic
Chemistry (Chemistry 263 or equivalent) and ideally biochemistry and
2 i2 f  X- h  ^6 banalytical chemistry; familiarity with basic biology and chromatographic
/ ~  `2 V- T( xseparations important. Attention to detail and ability to work as part
of a team essential.
