We are looking for a motivated, self-starter who is looking to make a career change. The Motel Manager will be responsible for the daily operations of the property, including guest service, reservations, reservations, billing, and other financial and operational responsibilities.

Requirements:

Manage Front Office operations, and oversee operations of the Motel

& R( D' _, S# S+ l+ l1 d: ZDemonstrated commitment to finding new and better ways of working by applying learning, feedback and experience
Results oriented with the ability to be flexible
# v1 ~6 r/ _' f. n5 eEnergetic, enthusiastic and self-motivated and prepared to exceed our guest and employee expectations
Knowledge of Microsoft excel/ word
Conduct DAILY room inspections for cleanliness and maintenance
English communication skills
General know how of plumbing, electric, heating.
Acts as a representative for the Hotel with our key business partners, developing new partnerships and maintaining relationships for best business outcomes and community relations
