+ F  W; q6 M" R1 i3 FPosting Rental Ads: Advertising available rental properties on platforms like Kijiji, Rent Faster, and Marketplace to attract potential tenants. This involves creating appealing ads, including relevant details and updating them regularly.( j$ l/ h% |5 _6 j4 N0 D9 _4 g8 l

Viewing Arrangements: Scheduling and conducting property viewings with interested prospective tenants.8 Q- r( Q- }0 H

Tenant Screening: Identifying suitable tenants by conducting reference checks or credit checks.( |# l2 [0 N/ k, J

Move-ins and Move-outs: Conducting inspections with tenants before they move in and after they move out. Determine any necessary deductions from the security deposit if applicable.
