1. Complete daily lead follow-up for rentals& v; u, q# D, r+ D
2. Arrange the viewing appointments
$ u6 w# x% o' i6 x* X3. Maintenance requests follow up
+ b3 g# k" Q [- z$ _2 C1 F4. Handling phone calls and emails
2 y7 ]% |$ W8 Q' o7 J5. Bookkeeping7 N8 m- S( G; j
6. Visit the building and enter the units2 f& ~; p- T4 j Q y: {7 X7 l
7. Maintenance and cleaning may be needed
