3. Maintenance requests follow up
) B9 C# V5 E( a* u. ~6 V0 V" _4. Handling phone calls and emails

8. Maintenance and cleaning may be needed

Live on-site:
1. The employee is preferred to live on-site for at least 2 nights per week.
