Job title: Office Administrator / Assitant Property Manager
Job type: Permanent full-time job. 6-8 hours per shift, overtime possible. 5 shifts per week. Commission and on-call possible
Location: 312 Saddleback Rd NW Edmonton AB. 10729 108 St NW Edmonton AB. 10876 97 St NW. The location may be changed if required. On-site tasks may be assigned.

Job duties:
1. Complete daily lead follow-up for rentals
! U' j4 {5 x! U3 U9 m2. Arrange the viewing appointments
3 ?0 H& a6 m: r3. Maintenance requests follow up
0 V/ U( u# U# m% s! h# K4. Handling phone calls and emails
5. Bookkeeping

8. Maintenance and cleaning may be needed

Live on-site:

Requirements:
