1. Complete daily lead follow-up for rentals

4 o2 S* m1 R) T- x3. Maintenance requests follow up
4. Handling phone calls and emails
5. Bookkeeping
7 E/ T. h8 ^9 H7 v$ ?) O6. Visit the building and enter the units
/ ~0 ^1 s+ G3 z* v4 u$ l7. Live on-site is preferred
4 l8 V) E6 f& }2 z8. Maintenance and cleaning may be needed
