CAC Enterprises Group Inc. is a scrap metal recycling facility that is currently seeking an experienced Class 1 Driver. We have work that takes us to many destinations within the city of Edmonton, (occasionally the province of Alberta) and need a conscientious and safety focused driver to join our team.

Key Job Duties

/ s: [  X0 k- {: @0 Y% V9 i5 s" B· Perform pre-trip, post-trip inspections and preventative maintenance checks and paperwork

· Connecting and disconnecting trailers

  q8 a/ P( \( b1 k0 l· Record keeping of travel details, repairs and inspections

· Keep equipment tidy, clean and in good working order

· Running flat decks, step decks, containers and super b’s

9 a- Y& ?  J( a1 f· Operate manual and automatic shifts

· Secure loads safely

· Pick up and deliver containers in an efficient manner

· Minimum 3 years experience

· Valid Class 1 license

· 5 years clean driving record and abstract

· Knowledge of large vehicle maintenance, traffic regulations and a good sense of orientation

4 I- N  p1 T9 [. E' V2 _· Working in this industry requires patience and respect; sometimes the job takes longer than we would like but always being tolerant is paramount.

· Ability to make runs to town or day runs to Fort Mac

· Oversized loads experience is considered an asset
