· Assisting in the management of online sales platforms.

8 J  w, c0 r! g! f9 y· Take care of all order related matters from A to Z and Urgent Time manner.

· Inventory planning

· Customer relationship management.

· Operating independent marketing projects under the direction.

· Data collection and data analysis.

9 n) o( L- l/ a0 Q) J; p1 L· Communicating with suppliers, warehouse, business contacts to solve specific issues.

· Completing specific tasks directed by online business manager.

· Supporting other office staffs when needed, such as Data entry and processing.

· Working Hours:

1) Monday – 7:00 am to 3:30 pm

· Fast learning ability

· Intermediate to advanced Microsoft Office skills, particularly with Excel, Word and Outlook. Strong Excel skills is required.
