Job Description:

· Assisting in the management of online sales platforms.

5 B5 b* F! w6 _& w# i; K: U& C; J; `· Take care of all order related matters from A to Z and Urgent Time manner.

· Data collection and data analysis.

· Communicating with suppliers, warehouse, business contacts to solve specific issues.

· Supporting other office staffs when needed, such as Data entry and processing.

· Fast learning ability

· Carefulness and Accuracy about data checking and data entry.

8 {1 Z3 n7 d6 z, I( O* O3 @· Intermediate to advanced Microsoft Office skills, particularly with Excel, Word and Outlook. Strong Excel skills is required.

· Must be detail oriented with the ability to multi-task and strong time management skills

· Teamwork request - Works well with others and independently. Work needs to be done in time manner.
