Brief Job Description:  Reporting to QA Manager, the main duty for the QA technician is to ensure all products conform to regulatory and food safety standards.

' ?8 A5 e8 e1 f# B1. Shelf-life testing/environmental Swabbing
# _$ o6 B& z3 ~$ N2. Maintain and verify QA and production records
; ^4 H$ d0 f% E3. Monitoring and Verification of all CCPs
. D  U/ o3 K- T2 r: z4. Calibration of Equipment
5. GMP and other Food Safety trainings
/ p0 V0 Q, x1 e% x! E6. Monitor production process and employees’ GMP practices
* @# E7 S  B4 \. ]7. Other duties as assigned
3 z; z7 E8 [5 x  l# f1 e# zSkills and specifications:
' q4 b$ z5 ]. T1. University or Diploma in Food Technology/Food Science
2. Knowledge in Food Safety and Quality Program (HACCP, Prerequisite Program and GMP)
" D- r4 w, @* h  G3 Q$ h! Y$ {3. Bilingual (Cantonese and English) is an asset
4. Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment but also be able to work in a team environment
5. May need to work different hours
