Brief Job Description:  Reporting to QA Manager, the main duty for the QA technician is to ensure all products conform to regulatory and food safety standards.

1. Shelf-life testing/environmental Swabbing
* ], Q: O" m5 ]: M: {2. Maintain and verify QA and production records
3. Monitoring and Verification of all CCPs
- I) G) `5 i0 Q! c+ Y9 Z4. Calibration of Equipment
& ]! P* {, _3 y7 {5. GMP and other Food Safety trainings
6. Monitor production process and employees’ GMP practices
: U. y5 z" P% Y" {, O9 ~  M7. Other duties as assigned
5 j! M2 U0 ~0 nSkills and specifications:
1. University or Diploma in Food Technology/Food Science
7 L+ V" d$ Z  q* a5 ^/ P5 N2. Knowledge in Food Safety and Quality Program (HACCP, Prerequisite Program and GMP)
3. Bilingual (Cantonese and English) is an asset
4. Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment but also be able to work in a team environment
5. May need to work different hours
