Brief Job Description:  Reporting to QA Manager, the main duty for the QA technician is to ensure all products conform to regulatory and food safety standards.  
4 e- H$ V" @. ~& uDuties and Responsibilities:
6 N3 h" a. z* P, q, ^8 W9 P1. Shelf-life testing/environmental Swabbing
2. Maintain and verify QA and production records
3. Monitoring and Verification of all CCPs
4. Calibration of Equipment
5. GMP and other Food Safety trainings
* T7 k7 s3 `- U0 C/ Y3 \6. Monitor production process and employees’ GMP practices
7. Other duties as assigned
/ \% a3 c0 [4 E) a# N  |Skills and specifications:
3 a  K6 c2 B5 l" N1. University or Diploma in Food Technology/Food Science
2. Knowledge in Food Safety and Quality Program (HACCP, Prerequisite Program and GMP)
3. Bilingual (Cantonese and English) is an asset
