Answer and direct phone calls

Create email templates for operations department

Develop and maintain a filing system
) t, D/ z0 V: n5 o( gUpdate and maintain office policies and procedures

Act as the point of contact for internal and external clients6 I! o/ m. j' e. s3 s( F
Liaise with executives and senior administrative assistants to handle requests and queries from senior managers

Excellent with programs and very computer/tech savvy

High School degree; additional qualification as an Administrative assistant or Secretary will be a plus
