工作职责
2 p  M) n, E6 d7 KŸ   Responsible for managing the day-to-day site operations of projects ensuring they are built to company’s standard of quality and are completed on time and on budget.
Ÿ   Conduct daily reporting on the status of projects and site conditions and attend weekly trade and management meetings to maintain continual communication and expectations with all involved in the project.
Ÿ   Responsible for managing company’s safety program to ensure the highest of safety standards are maintained at all times.

% v1 p8 A9 b! q, _) VŸ   Journeyperson designation in a construction trade.
Ÿ   Bachelor of Commerce degree or a combination of related experience.
Ÿ   Minimum of 15 years of experience on multi0family or large commercial projects.
Ÿ   Proven experience leading safe and productive construction sites of up to 100 trade workers.
( F5 C* z  j) h7 IŸ   Strong understanding of the construction trades and the sequencing of construction projects.
  e; _2 H) ~) w& ^* `$ [& hŸ   Ability to interpret construction drawings.
5 v) H& _2 [& \Ÿ   Structural wood framing experience is an asset.
Ÿ   Willing to work weekends to maintain construction schedule.
Ÿ   Excellent communication skills
4 S" Q6 O# @  @; NŸ   Ability to multi-task and work in a fast-paced environment.
Ÿ   WHMIS
6 ^" j1 M  K  Q$ mŸ   Additional safety certifications are an asset but not required.
Ÿ   Experience in working on sites with power mobile equipment and tower crane.
Ÿ   Valid driver’s license
$ X) i% D7 {) dŸ   Steel toed boots and own hand tools.

2 B3 B6 l; R) IExperience with Bluebeam and Procore is a definite asset.
