工作职责
! b, d: h4 ]/ O$ I8 V& Q  f5 \  QŸ   Responsible for managing the day-to-day site operations of projects ensuring they are built to company’s standard of quality and are completed on time and on budget.
Ÿ   Conduct daily reporting on the status of projects and site conditions and attend weekly trade and management meetings to maintain continual communication and expectations with all involved in the project.
1 M7 ^4 y" \! m/ M0 WŸ   Responsible for managing company’s safety program to ensure the highest of safety standards are maintained at all times.

. C; F. @. A2 i4 K% d7 U  wŸ   Journeyperson designation in a construction trade.
2 Q; \' T( g* t  J) h8 e" gŸ   Bachelor of Commerce degree or a combination of related experience.
Ÿ   Minimum of 15 years of experience on multi0family or large commercial projects.
9 V/ a: b" \! u& V0 v( f- N" jŸ   Proven experience leading safe and productive construction sites of up to 100 trade workers.
Ÿ   Strong understanding of the construction trades and the sequencing of construction projects.
& _! {6 `: e: k$ i9 N2 WŸ   Ability to interpret construction drawings.
4 s9 j2 D1 [5 h: U+ G% ~1 j$ H; AŸ   Structural wood framing experience is an asset.
Ÿ   Willing to work weekends to maintain construction schedule.

) S/ I" y$ a( jŸ   Ability to multi-task and work in a fast-paced environment.
# J$ `: Z& ]) j+ KŸ   WHMIS
Ÿ   Additional safety certifications are an asset but not required.
: m" m7 t5 }% N! Q+ Z1 X; m6 aŸ   Experience in working on sites with power mobile equipment and tower crane.
: Z7 I$ e6 q+ u% Z/ GŸ   Valid driver’s license
, a# V8 O- Z3 f" ^- EŸ   Steel toed boots and own hand tools.
Ÿ   Computer experience required.
) ?4 e! r4 w2 N( }! g( a6 A  HExperience with Bluebeam and Procore is a definite asset.
