Ÿ   Responsible for managing the day-to-day site operations of projects ensuring they are built to company’s standard of quality and are completed on time and on budget.
Ÿ   Conduct daily reporting on the status of projects and site conditions and attend weekly trade and management meetings to maintain continual communication and expectations with all involved in the project.
& n% w- z0 Q1 X, G$ C  ]7 H, H! OŸ   Responsible for managing company’s safety program to ensure the highest of safety standards are maintained at all times.

  _4 [2 y- k5 Z& l2 A5 D& }Ÿ   Journeyperson designation in a construction trade.
3 h  _/ A/ }% b/ m% Z& LŸ   Bachelor of Commerce degree or a combination of related experience.
" X1 _) r* I) f$ AŸ   Minimum of 15 years of experience on multi0family or large commercial projects.
Ÿ   Proven experience leading safe and productive construction sites of up to 100 trade workers.
Ÿ   Strong understanding of the construction trades and the sequencing of construction projects.
& W' b( F$ _' }9 R! C" r% BŸ   Ability to interpret construction drawings.
Ÿ   Structural wood framing experience is an asset.
, z- m. ~( \9 p8 P/ [+ k- ^Ÿ   Willing to work weekends to maintain construction schedule.
Ÿ   Excellent communication skills
Ÿ   Ability to multi-task and work in a fast-paced environment.
Ÿ   WHMIS
Ÿ   Additional safety certifications are an asset but not required.

Ÿ   Valid driver’s license
3 `6 B% w3 v/ J3 w+ o$ vŸ   Steel toed boots and own hand tools.
) J% A" V6 W3 N7 U% i# N# Z" D0 YŸ   Computer experience required.
Experience with Bluebeam and Procore is a definite asset.
