& c: L! Y- V9 S& ^2 ]& l' E" KThe Sushi Food Prep Teammate is responsible for the day-to-day operations including making sushi and other offerings in compliance with recipes and standards while delivering an exceptional guest experience.
7 a! T* o, A7 }6 U* M  l-Job Responsibilities:
6 E( j9 c3 q( t$ k6 v1 n8 n. ICreate high-quality sushi including cooking rice, rolling sushi, temperature recording, cutting, packaging, labeling, and date stamping.
7 g8 _$ g% y% u9 i7 qEnsure all operating standards including food safety and quality are adhered.
Provide a high level of guest satisfaction and maintain positive relationships with internal and external customers.
Maintain cleanliness and organization of kiosk.

6 b& S' B5 J2 X4 OMaintain daily production records.
/ q' J% S$ e( L: IPerform monthly inventories and training of new teammates as required.
