Responsible for regional/office network implementation and maintenance, including WAN/LAN/Voice solution design, network equipment configurations and deployment, network system troubleshooting and health checking.7 b, W4 E9 U5 T5 B0 P$ a
Responsible for system implementation and maintenance, including windows server system, web application system, database and storage system.! J$ [* z" M3 O$ b! \$ L4 ]
Responsible for IT infrastructure construction and maintenance, including IT server room, structure cabling system, video conference system, UPS etc.
1 `/ O `4 }. Y! c$ n' G7 ^$ fResponsible for service provider quotation, biding, negotiation and supervising the engineering work provided by service provider.# ^( V% S, S/ r9 X- E9 ^
Responsible for desktop/laptop provision, prepare corporate standard OS/Software/Application and security settings before distribute to end users.& a* k U% E$ ^
Responsible for user training on IT platforms/OA/Application/Services.
8 B, h, X! ^7 XNetwork and server system maintenance and troubleshooting. IT infrastructure maintenance and troubleshooting.
/ J5 p0 n% \3 |) [4 l: dImplement IT standard/policy in responsible offices. Analyze business requirement and initial the IT project to satisfy the requirement.( n3 S8 C8 W' Q! d. I
Build IT infrastructure, including networks, servers, server room, cabling, door access control/CCTV etc. IT service incident management, availability management, capacity management, continuity management, data backup and recovery etc.
