- g7 w& s& G- X2 {- YResponsible for regional/office network implementation and maintenance, including WAN/LAN/Voice solution design, network equipment configurations and deployment, network system troubleshooting and health checking.
6 q2 S+ L7 p& f2 NResponsible for system implementation and maintenance, including windows server system, web application system, database and storage system.
; [# K! y" b D! jResponsible for IT infrastructure construction and maintenance, including IT server room, structure cabling system, video conference system, UPS etc.0 H1 e0 o% p/ N" C- G6 @( P. E8 J
Responsible for service provider quotation, biding, negotiation and supervising the engineering work provided by service provider.; [% _* p0 V* |& h. W
Responsible for desktop/laptop provision, prepare corporate standard OS/Software/Application and security settings before distribute to end users.7 a& M" D' i" r6 O3 f5 \
Responsible for user training on IT platforms/OA/Application/Services.6 x" D2 C# \' ]8 \
Network and server system maintenance and troubleshooting. IT infrastructure maintenance and troubleshooting./ R7 T* u; x4 Q/ f
Implement IT standard/policy in responsible offices. Analyze business requirement and initial the IT project to satisfy the requirement.
5 H* A% p6 A. Z: VBuild IT infrastructure, including networks, servers, server room, cabling, door access control/CCTV etc. IT service incident management, availability management, capacity management, continuity management, data backup and recovery etc.
