CAC recycling is a metal recycling facility that provides on and off site processing to oil field and local businesses. We are currently seeking a self-motivated individual to fill our open  Accountant within our growing team.

•        Manage all accounting transactions
•        Publish financial statements in time
; f6 d5 E6 G' j" t" X•        Handle monthly, quarterly and annual closings
•        Reconcile accounts payable and receivable
. G. |. W& J) s* t6 s•        Ensure timely bank payments
! d* ~9 u( t% ~% H# D•        Manage balance sheets and profit/loss statements
•        Maintain accounting system, documents, and records of the organization.
$ J4 j$ |- X1 A  J" M! a5 w9 V* Q•        Reinforce financial data confidentiality and conduct database backups when necessary
7 H- Z. s2 H# a2 Y/ s4 L4 r% C•        Comply with financial policies and regulations
•       Other ad hoc duties as assigned

Accountant Requirements:

. a# F: J9 N4 q1 E3 m•        bachelor’s degree in accounting or related field (Essential).
•        Minimum 5 years of Accounting work experience (Essential)
•        2 years of Cost Accounting work experience. (Asset)
•        Analytical thinker with strong conceptual and problem-solving skills.
•        Meticulous attention to detail with superb organizational skills.
0 ^5 L7 n: k4 [4 w% \2 _5 h•        Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
•        Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
•        Excellent report-writing, communication, and IT skills as an Asset.

2 N6 w% H* {+ m. S; bSalary: 50K--60k dependent on experience.
