CAC recycling is a metal recycling facility that provides on and off site processing to oil field and local businesses. We are currently seeking a self-motivated individual to fill our open  Accountant within our growing team.

Responsibilities:
- r, n% b9 Z4 Q+ k2 z* B•        Manage all accounting transactions
' v8 y# w3 f# h8 Z•        Publish financial statements in time
& n/ A+ c9 [1 S( ?•        Handle monthly, quarterly and annual closings
4 |) Q! C4 v) T) N0 M•        Reconcile accounts payable and receivable
6 B- A0 j( I* H. Z4 U•        Ensure timely bank payments
" ~" S. J2 V( {) g, P& l- f•        Manage balance sheets and profit/loss statements
4 W: j  M1 {6 E' f•        Maintain accounting system, documents, and records of the organization.
•        Reinforce financial data confidentiality and conduct database backups when necessary
8 B! U; a  H8 r; R& g, n3 F•        Comply with financial policies and regulations
•       Other ad hoc duties as assigned

# j  ]& f7 t  p' ]- NAccountant Requirements:
4 ]6 A, y" r/ Z% a
•        bachelor’s degree in accounting or related field (Essential).
' ?8 x% Y" _% E•        Minimum 5 years of Accounting work experience (Essential)
•        2 years of Cost Accounting work experience. (Asset)
. G5 X  I* U% |•        Analytical thinker with strong conceptual and problem-solving skills.
•        Meticulous attention to detail with superb organizational skills.
•        Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
1 ~+ s4 @9 G' \- ?•        Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
•        Excellent report-writing, communication, and IT skills as an Asset.

5 o; n" _" p4 g6 |7 dSalary: 50K--60k dependent on experience.
