CAC recycling is a metal recycling facility that provides on and off site processing to oil field and local businesses. We are currently seeking a self-motivated individual to fill our open  Accountant within our growing team.

Responsibilities:
•        Manage all accounting transactions
! U% a& C; l7 m. |" }•        Publish financial statements in time
•        Handle monthly, quarterly and annual closings
•        Reconcile accounts payable and receivable
•        Ensure timely bank payments
•        Manage balance sheets and profit/loss statements
•        Maintain accounting system, documents, and records of the organization.
6 K, D$ m' c+ T, j3 t2 l0 y2 x•        Reinforce financial data confidentiality and conduct database backups when necessary
•        Comply with financial policies and regulations
+ q5 n5 P  N* H  Z1 s/ v  u3 g# b•       Other ad hoc duties as assigned

Accountant Requirements:

$ H9 S; C: m9 {, P6 K•        bachelor’s degree in accounting or related field (Essential).
•        Minimum 5 years of Accounting work experience (Essential)
3 Y% \3 b+ p3 l3 q•        2 years of Cost Accounting work experience. (Asset)
•        Analytical thinker with strong conceptual and problem-solving skills.
* b$ U; \2 E9 K. r0 E•        Meticulous attention to detail with superb organizational skills.
1 C/ P) k2 b; o•        Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
•        Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
' R1 h* }: j* N8 s; \0 Q: |" Z# o•        Excellent report-writing, communication, and IT skills as an Asset.

1 y# k# w" M  \1 e; Q6 S! CSalary: 50K--60k dependent on experience.
