CAC recycling is a metal recycling facility that provides on and off site processing to oil field and local businesses. We are currently seeking a self-motivated individual to fill our open  Accountant within our growing team.

Responsibilities:
2 g: S% F; Z% W- k* y0 U•        Manage all accounting transactions
•        Publish financial statements in time
•        Handle monthly, quarterly and annual closings
; E  p- I" H4 C0 Y- b5 }+ b& V•        Reconcile accounts payable and receivable
& b# v' p& j* U6 S•        Ensure timely bank payments
, {; F" k* B* v8 W0 q, `5 A6 |. j( S•        Manage balance sheets and profit/loss statements
  _$ p- R" n( _9 _3 ]& b' S7 ~7 Q•        Maintain accounting system, documents, and records of the organization.
; d4 G9 Y5 ^$ B* a•        Reinforce financial data confidentiality and conduct database backups when necessary
•        Comply with financial policies and regulations
•       Other ad hoc duties as assigned

Accountant Requirements:

•        bachelor’s degree in accounting or related field (Essential).
•        Minimum 5 years of Accounting work experience (Essential)
•        2 years of Cost Accounting work experience. (Asset)
1 O( ~% }$ b$ A& Z1 j+ k5 Z•        Analytical thinker with strong conceptual and problem-solving skills.
1 P! @' t" w- H3 \1 {. q* [3 o•        Meticulous attention to detail with superb organizational skills.
•        Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
2 S% K7 F4 V" A* n•        Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
•        Excellent report-writing, communication, and IT skills as an Asset.
