CAC recycling is a metal recycling facility that provides on and off site processing to oil field and local businesses. We are currently seeking a self-motivated individual to fill our open  Accountant within our growing team.

' m! U, P2 ?" a+ qResponsibilities:
1 Z4 `% y# ^2 @) B•        Manage all accounting transactions
' b8 R( O& ?* L% c" Q( {•        Publish financial statements in time
. ~7 y" z5 r$ l" T' l•        Handle monthly, quarterly and annual closings
* h* e2 r8 ]' |- F1 P5 q9 u•        Reconcile accounts payable and receivable
5 C" y# U& ^6 A( A3 X0 o•        Ensure timely bank payments
9 W0 E! h! |4 f. r( T7 Q$ D$ y, ^8 y•        Manage balance sheets and profit/loss statements
•        Maintain accounting system, documents, and records of the organization.
•        Reinforce financial data confidentiality and conduct database backups when necessary
•        Comply with financial policies and regulations

* P, A3 {" w8 a& }8 q: h& eAccountant Requirements:

" X& m& L: z! t# R( m2 _•        bachelor’s degree in accounting or related field (Essential).
2 ?7 F- H6 w+ N  R! x•        Minimum 5 years of Accounting work experience (Essential)
•        2 years of Cost Accounting work experience. (Asset)
•        Analytical thinker with strong conceptual and problem-solving skills.
•        Meticulous attention to detail with superb organizational skills.
, G! i5 A+ j. }5 S6 K/ K7 R$ ?•        Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
•        Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
•        Excellent report-writing, communication, and IT skills as an Asset.

' v8 L% d# o: \: A$ Q! SSalary: 50K--60k dependent on experience.
