CAC recycling is a metal recycling facility that provides on and off site processing to oil field and local businesses. We are currently seeking a self-motivated individual to fill our open  Accountant within our growing team.

5 g: G/ [9 u6 h1 XResponsibilities:
•        Manage all accounting transactions
; u/ v% o) l' j: o  H& K•        Publish financial statements in time
* U( P9 E  w+ D& ^•        Handle monthly, quarterly and annual closings
0 y$ D6 T8 W) A# \6 G# c0 ^•        Reconcile accounts payable and receivable
$ v/ L" R) E% r" Q5 `( ]•        Ensure timely bank payments
•        Manage balance sheets and profit/loss statements
  |* Q) R4 f* [  y5 c4 R. I" t1 h8 O•        Maintain accounting system, documents, and records of the organization.
•        Reinforce financial data confidentiality and conduct database backups when necessary
•        Comply with financial policies and regulations

Accountant Requirements:
# k. s+ b( E+ Y+ ^% F8 B/ a+ x* z
•        bachelor’s degree in accounting or related field (Essential).
•        Minimum 5 years of Accounting work experience (Essential)
•        2 years of Cost Accounting work experience. (Asset)
/ r5 f/ s" C, }5 k+ G7 R•        Analytical thinker with strong conceptual and problem-solving skills.
•        Meticulous attention to detail with superb organizational skills.
. L( K& u: X( v* f$ A, q•        Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
•        Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
•        Excellent report-writing, communication, and IT skills as an Asset.

Salary: 50K--60k dependent on experience.
