& e% f! [; P+ ^. M9 DThis position is an important role in the company where the successful candidate will lead the strategic sourcing of all required products and services.

; N4 p$ l. d0 B/ qThe procurement officer is responsible for:
-        Identifying and serving the needs of each business department
-        Sourcing and evaluating local, national or international suppliers
-        Negotiating terms, conditions and contracts
-        Building and managing supplier relationships
-        Performing cost savings and profit margin analyses
  ]! c3 t. p% L3 T, [. _
Requirements:
- Sound research skills
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- Strong organization and time management skills
- Friendly and outgoing personality
- Proficient use of Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook
/ F1 f# P! [. _4 h) K# o2 K- Cycle counting and adjusting experience preferred  
- Experience with mechanical parts, welding materials, PPE and consumables for the construction industry is an asset
  v3 j: E  }! n2 D' t- Experience with Inventory control is an asset
