• Maximize company sales growth and profitability through the use of creative selling skills, teamwork and customer service
• Self motivated ability to work with little or no supervision
• Ensure store presentation standards and cleanliness
0 j- z' h$ q! O• Maintain knowledge of all product information, intranet communications, and current advertising and marketing initiatives.
: _6 i# E9 C9 `/ c" Z8 n) V" y• Maintain flexibility with schedule to meet the needs of the team and overall business.
• Help with moving furniture in showroom and assemble the display.

Qualifications:

• Proven strong sales and customer service
• outstanding communication and interpersonal skills
  ~; |+ j3 o. N7 ^  Y8 D" N, B• Proficient at analyzing numbers.
0 R" B  s* ^1 A: \* B6 m• Able to work under fast pace work environment.
• Adept at problem solving and ability to manage change in a positive manner.
• Strong computer skills and knowledge
• Ability to work independently and self-motivated
! P) N! E5 a8 x/ C5 h- O) C2 {• Act professionally, ethically and with integrity to use good judgment.

• Previous customer service experience
• Strong negotiation and presentation skills.

• A Post-secondary education is minimum requirement
