Knowledge & Experience / Qualifications:
. P& ^0 i5 b6 }7 H0 M; r. ]% f1 c2 A& a- Secondary school graduate
- Minimum 6 months experience in a related role.
- Team player and development minded.
3 g1 g4 @  V) p1 j- Strong communication (verbal and written), customer service, and interpersonal skills.
$ l: a- o0 t& [- Ability to learn and operate new software and technology.
- Detailed orientated with good time management and organizational skills.
- Ability to multi-task, and work independently.
- Professional appearance and attitude.
- Previous customer service/banking industry experience an asset.
- Ability to handle large volumes, tight turnarounds, and multiple deadlines.
& ]% J9 l* ?2 e9 c/ B" F9 E- Some experience with conflict resolution required.
/ z4 R# F) S4 I2 z8 ]3 s9 n* P- Cantonese and Mandarin language skills an asset.
