Knowledge & Experience / Qualifications:
/ b& x& a5 Z# m( i# u- Secondary school graduate
% c7 S+ f8 x, u/ F- Q- Minimum 6 months experience in a related role.
9 R& D7 w. {6 z. F# R- Team player and development minded.
) T' B) r# t  ?' @, b& g& ?" \- Strong communication (verbal and written), customer service, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to learn and operate new software and technology.
- Detailed orientated with good time management and organizational skills.
( U( x# A- e4 n/ Z- Ability to multi-task, and work independently.
- Professional appearance and attitude.
- Previous customer service/banking industry experience an asset.
- Ability to handle large volumes, tight turnarounds, and multiple deadlines.
) y4 Z- m+ B5 U- Some experience with conflict resolution required.
- Cantonese and Mandarin language skills an asset.
