- Minimum 6 months experience in a related role.
- Team player and development minded.
- Strong communication (verbal and written), customer service, and interpersonal skills.
( o* C0 j% ?! N) E- Ability to learn and operate new software and technology.
- Detailed orientated with good time management and organizational skills.
- Ability to multi-task, and work independently.
; {* l* i/ E( ]5 k8 Y) S- Professional appearance and attitude.
. q+ P/ Y$ U% l7 y; \- Previous customer service/banking industry experience an asset.
: ^" H% Q- G7 j0 t7 ?- Ability to handle large volumes, tight turnarounds, and multiple deadlines.
- Some experience with conflict resolution required.
% y: H! p6 s7 J5 P4 R0 f- Cantonese and Mandarin language skills an asset.
