Knowledge & Experience / Qualifications:
. f+ p4 i$ }2 i$ L6 ~0 L-Completion of a post-secondary education
( T& c& o6 n" y9 j: A  G-Completion of the Canadian Securities Course (CSC) and Conduct and Practices Handbook Examination (CPH) or registered with the IIROC
# n; j0 t' M, g4 ^0 x- S/ ~3 e-Completion of/in the process of completing the Derivatives Fundamentals and Options Licensing Course (DFOL)
-Working knowledge of the fundamentals/techniques of equity, fixed income, option, and mutual fund trading, and the applicable rules & regulations sufficient to trade securities for the public
  ?7 |0 L4 G2 ^: R-Working knowledge of the marketplace, including current conditions & trends in the Canadian & US stock and bond markets
-Well-developed organization and prioritization skills, with proven ability to juggle multiple tasks within a dynamic, deadline-driven environment.
-Demonstrated tact and diplomacy
-Demonstrated high-level customer service-oriented approach.
-Willingness to work flexible, extended hours and weekends as required
; c6 w3 A0 M8 P7 q-Previous experience working directly in a highly client-driven environment, typically acquired with at least 6-12 months experience in a call center environment
-Sales Experience is an asset
-Fluent in English and Cantonese
3 R0 m' ~. n& J0 o* g-Second business language skills in French, and/or Mandarin are an asset
