-Completion of a post-secondary education
7 ^3 q. \7 F9 B, t-Completion of the Canadian Securities Course (CSC) and Conduct and Practices Handbook Examination (CPH) or registered with the IIROC
-Completion of/in the process of completing the Derivatives Fundamentals and Options Licensing Course (DFOL)
+ a7 `5 I$ q, e% S/ @-Working knowledge of the fundamentals/techniques of equity, fixed income, option, and mutual fund trading, and the applicable rules & regulations sufficient to trade securities for the public
/ v8 Z. W0 \6 ~) _/ U0 k# m-Working knowledge of the marketplace, including current conditions & trends in the Canadian & US stock and bond markets
-Well-developed organization and prioritization skills, with proven ability to juggle multiple tasks within a dynamic, deadline-driven environment.
) b: ^  k1 P& v9 N  D-Demonstrated tact and diplomacy
-Demonstrated high-level customer service-oriented approach.
8 G5 ~1 ~. F( m) @6 n2 g+ v-Willingness to work flexible, extended hours and weekends as required
7 _9 P+ y9 ~' M+ H! ~-Previous experience working directly in a highly client-driven environment, typically acquired with at least 6-12 months experience in a call center environment
: l: a* X, q- @! V% z+ X-Sales Experience is an asset
/ Q+ j. q* r* q; E, y9 O-Fluent in English and Cantonese
3 H8 E9 |/ t1 S; S! O. l% @0 F# k-Second business language skills in French, and/or Mandarin are an asset
