- Check Customer credit and fill backorders accordingly

- Coordinate and investigate client logistic associated charge backs like shortages, lost/ damage product in transit and missed deliveries with account representative
2 H+ E$ w4 c& N2 e- Submit claim with Fedex or LTL carriers. Follow up from A to Z.

- Recommend most efficient means of transportation needs and procedures./ x( O% ?9 X i, w* I9 g- f9 B
- Support monthly summary of transporter scorecard reports along with tracking metrics.$ ^( q! y0 G5 z8 q! M, t
- Perform on going evaluation and review of transportation arrangement for constant improvement opportunities.
& s; D+ @4 B8 e7 T5 I- Collect scorecard metrics and ensure to persuade changes with suppliers.0 [! j, Z( _' K0 Y' Z4 {3 J
- Investigate alternative distribution processes effectiveness for definite customers as required. |1 X; f' ~; p9 w0 C5 u, ?7 n
- Identify sensitive clients and interact special customer requirements with carriers.( t1 s3 P8 T% u
- Develop and present status reports to improve and supervise logistics order performance. S8 |% K' t! o( y& G6 c% D
- Instruct carrier agents and supervise for ample action and results concerning transportation.& X" }, e; |7 d1 S

- Data Analysis on Weekly Sales Through Report for 2-5 key accounts
