- Charge Credit Card to approve payment

- Monitoring shipments, costs, timelines, and productivity.* w+ ?: p+ j/ G/ F9 {
- Addressing and resolving shipment and inventory issues independently- K0 R( O2 T3 P" \$ Z+ r) K+ x& r
- Submit ASN and invoice on Customer Portal in Time Manner.
& V4 o7 K. Q" j; A3 f6 Z- Submit weekly inventory update on assigned Portal
3 f& r9 S; Q' J- Point of contact with warehouse for all related matters

- Check Customer credit and fill backorders accordingly
- i! f- b2 `1 ]" P5 c9 x+ _- Communicate with warehouse for shipment shortage3 i" [) Y! o* |9 O
- Coordinate and investigate client logistic associated charge backs like shortages, lost/ damage product in transit and missed deliveries with account representative
& r: O$ W2 C3 k- Submit claim with Fedex or LTL carriers. Follow up from A to Z. / O* ~0 c* N6 w
- EDI accounts related work and others as required 0 i: k# y! g H7 g) B

II. Logistic:

- Organizing and managing inventory, storage, and transportation.
. m' g( @! ?8 p, q- Analyzing and optimizing logistical procedures2 U' n1 S, ~" M+ i$ h1 h3 ^6 w
- Recommend most efficient means of transportation needs and procedures.
5 G' `6 ^7 ^# Q6 m! O. @- Support monthly summary of transporter scorecard reports along with tracking metrics.3 Z f5 f% F8 t. n3 x$ O
- Perform on going evaluation and review of transportation arrangement for constant improvement opportunities.6 H( M6 b) Z6 W9 ]2 v; o5 T
- Collect scorecard metrics and ensure to persuade changes with suppliers. o/ v8 f. @6 h
- Investigate alternative distribution processes effectiveness for definite customers as required." F7 ]' ~! J9 W) ? z) o
- Identify sensitive clients and interact special customer requirements with carriers.2 O/ v7 p' O, r, E8 R l5 n
- Develop and present status reports to improve and supervise logistics order performance.
7 P+ t/ P% B4 N% l: p$ R4 N- Instruct carrier agents and supervise for ample action and results concerning transportation.

- Data Analysis on Weekly Sales Through Report for 2-5 key accounts
