4 F" X$ {+ y/ P- Working Hour request: 7:00 am – 3:30 pm with 1 hour break in between (Monday to Friday except statutory holiday)

- Order Acknowledge by email

- Communicate with warehouse if there is any special request or Inventory Shortage% Z# ?2 v- X5 ~2 D
- Follow up and report about order status

- Submit weekly inventory update on assigned Portal3 i9 h$ V  B- y
- Point of contact with warehouse for all related matters $ `! ^3 C: y: _; i! p
- Point of contact with Factory in China
1 d3 A+ P+ b; ?, T, q8 }- Check Customer credit and fill backorders accordingly
4 A3 U- W7 h: L/ R  M) f- Communicate with warehouse for shipment shortage) q/ q( \7 h: S3 v6 V
- Coordinate and investigate client logistic associated charge backs like shortages, lost/ damage product in transit and missed deliveries with     account representative4 s4 U+ W. G1 G, L6 }. N) _+ @5 g
- Submit claim with Fedex or LTL carriers. Follow up from A to Z. / M, Y( j+ Z) f& D
- EDI accounts related work and others as required . [: e2 d* B' l# T# N

- Organizing and managing inventory, storage, and transportation.
' v: G6 a6 h, T8 \* y7 V: ~( }- Analyzing and optimizing logistical procedures( d' R2 n0 Y* D5 O. M- Z, M& _) K3 w
- Recommend most efficient means of transportation needs and procedures.) p1 z9 x' I+ g! u
- Support monthly summary of transporter scorecard reports along with tracking metrics.1 \( j2 C4 A1 V! u
- Perform on going evaluation and review of transportation arrangement for constant improvement opportunities.. B" z& o( o/ {3 A/ ]
- Collect scorecard metrics and ensure to persuade changes with suppliers.
; Q. S# M8 W9 F6 p- Investigate alternative distribution processes effectiveness for definite customers as required.) m* ~. i, H7 G+ J0 d
- Identify sensitive clients and interact special customer requirements with carriers.$ M/ D, ?( V' }/ N9 u" J
- Develop and present status reports to improve and supervise logistics order performance.3 U2 _2 n, s& |: Y. n, e& {9 B
- Instruct carrier agents and supervise for ample action and results concerning transportation.( p6 }2 p% Y" E; i$ P+ U
- Identify best cost effective procedure of transportation.

- Work out Sales or Inventory related Reports on Monthly Basis or others as required+ d# U5 q% z! I5 ]- O* V
- Work out Weekly Sales Report$ E3 p' z8 N8 t& t3 @
- Data Analysis on Weekly Sales Through Report for 2-5 key accounts
# m; F/ r) B5 l! D- Update system with Shipping information at order level
