- Could handle high pressure work and cold calls.

Job Duties:

  @6 p' ]) N+ `8 V  m+ @1 g- Check order Accuracy in time manner
- U/ U! y* B6 T9 B* h9 u  f- Order Acknowledge by email
- Order Checking according to guideline
- Order/Data entry Accuracy in time manner
- Charge Credit Card to approve payment
- Send orders to warehouse to process
- Communicate with warehouse if there is any special request or Inventory Shortage
- Follow up and report about order status
- Ensuring the safe and timely pick-up and delivery of shipments.
- Monitoring shipments, costs, timelines, and productivity.
- Addressing and resolving shipment and inventory issues independently
9 c' @: Y6 V2 q1 S- Submit ASN and invoice on Customer Portal in Time Manner.
' _6 B- k& f4 i) R9 G1 c7 p% F- Submit weekly inventory update on assigned Portal
" ^% u: G7 M/ ~# y/ d- Point of contact with warehouse for all related matters
4 ^# S  j# M# T+ W! E' ~- Point of contact with Factory in China
- Check Customer credit and fill backorders accordingly
- Communicate with warehouse for shipment shortage
# i3 L. {  e/ @( Y  l5 _- Coordinate and investigate client logistic associated charge backs like shortages, lost/ damage product in transit and missed deliveries with     account representative
  O. L) S$ V7 l4 m" n  J- Submit claim with Fedex or LTL carriers. Follow up from A to Z.

II.        Logistic:

, i6 @* E& f+ J! C. Y8 Y3 ]8 }- Organizing and managing inventory, storage, and transportation.
/ Y: K* a9 I; x  W- Analyzing and optimizing logistical procedures
- Recommend most efficient means of transportation needs and procedures.
2 P9 f6 F% z- W5 K: q  J- Support monthly summary of transporter scorecard reports along with tracking metrics.
+ y, o! Q" B6 a$ d3 ?8 u- Perform on going evaluation and review of transportation arrangement for constant improvement opportunities.
( J3 g% v5 B0 _* J; q( \- Collect scorecard metrics and ensure to persuade changes with suppliers.
/ F  d9 E6 s  Z- N' U- Investigate alternative distribution processes effectiveness for definite customers as required.
% H$ ~8 Q9 I- O/ F( A) ?- Identify sensitive clients and interact special customer requirements with carriers.
; a. W" U" C- ~- Develop and present status reports to improve and supervise logistics order performance.
- Instruct carrier agents and supervise for ample action and results concerning transportation.
, S  P8 `8 |' m% {- Identify best cost effective procedure of transportation.

- Respond to customer & Internal team’s inquiries and ability to solve problems
- Be fully responsible. Inquiries need to be followed from A to Z on your own and in time manner
- Work out Sales or Inventory related Reports on Monthly Basis or others as required
- Work out Weekly Sales Report
- Data Analysis on Weekly Sales Through Report for 2-5 key accounts
- Update system with Shipping information at order level
. ~; ]( o  K% ?+ k( [- Assist Auditing’s request for Order Processing related procedures
- Customer Service and other duties as required.
