Your Key Responsibilities
+ d- P% k# v/ ~2 z$ p7 H•Support, configure, maintain and upgrade network devices, including but are not limited to firewalls, load-balancers, switches.
•Monitor network availability and performance. Review alerts and notifications from monitoring systems and diagnose issues. Perform analysis, performance tuning, troubleshooting and escalate problems as necessary.
3 ^, V* r" t% O•Perform timely response and technical support to all incidents, requests, outages, and alerts.
  C& s5 x# x) H* Y•Develop and maintain the documentation of operations support procedures and incidents.
  u; @* c1 @& ^! \) }% i+ W9 n•Follow the change management processes for all the production change.
•Respond to after-hours phone calls, resolve problems and/or escalate to appropriate teams as needed.
•Participate in an on-call rotation to provide support for network related issues.

Qualifications

Your Capabilities and Credentials
0 ]! w8 T& ^, L•Strong foundation of networking concepts including routing, switching, firewall, and VPN.
5 \; K% ?9 m/ T5 _9 ~/ z•Understand the overall design concept of IT system and cloud computing.
1 ?$ D9 z  J- f7 b: E•Experience with routing and switching of multiple VLANs (Juniper is preferred).
•Experience in network security (i.e., firewalls and intrusion prevention systems).
•Ability to work in a fast-paced team environment and manage multiple escalated support incidents under tight time lines.
•Good organizational and logical thinking skills.
•Excellent documentation skills with detail and accuracy.

Education and Experience
: @+ J9 Z# h) s: U8 MPost-secondary education or equivalent experience in Network Administration or related field.
