•Support, configure, maintain and upgrade network devices, including but are not limited to firewalls, load-balancers, switches.8 }: ?; t1 x: h2 B& S F
•Monitor network availability and performance. Review alerts and notifications from monitoring systems and diagnose issues. Perform analysis, performance tuning, troubleshooting and escalate problems as necessary.
D& @& M+ M7 }$ v•Perform timely response and technical support to all incidents, requests, outages, and alerts.% V$ K4 D# t2 C5 o; R& E7 z3 I
•Develop and maintain the documentation of operations support procedures and incidents.
; K& ?$ L& `0 u# m•Follow the change management processes for all the production change. \0 }, M- w/ [7 q6 C5 n7 v
•Respond to after-hours phone calls, resolve problems and/or escalate to appropriate teams as needed.* A1 P+ w$ y8 I* m! Y" I0 a
•Participate in an on-call rotation to provide support for network related issues.

Your Capabilities and Credentials
1 R$ V a& d; l. |& t9 |•Strong foundation of networking concepts including routing, switching, firewall, and VPN.; j( L: o) h" B3 S9 E6 z9 y3 i
•Understand the overall design concept of IT system and cloud computing.* w7 z& j2 x# J) V& a
•Experience with routing and switching of multiple VLANs (Juniper is preferred).) R0 K6 l0 _8 C7 l+ F+ t
•Experience in network security (i.e., firewalls and intrusion prevention systems).8 w8 }4 G! _1 u7 u/ N( ^. b
•Ability to work in a fast-paced team environment and manage multiple escalated support incidents under tight time lines.9 c4 g+ e9 v( W! s; | R& I
•Good organizational and logical thinking skills.

Education and Experience
