+ ?$ z6 m' C7 g4 W RAs a Shift Supervisor, the incumbent is responsible for the safe and effective operation of the Reclamation and Pond Operations facilities on a shift basis. Other job duties include:

- Supervising Shift personnel to ensure reclamation operating targets are achieved.
7 a7 b4 d& M4 j- Developing and implementing programs focused on the optimization and continuous improvement of the operating plants. 6 e2 R+ e3 q$ X/ o, {' @/ m
- Ensuring effective on-shift training and progression qualification for operators. + w8 f' B: z# p; ^( a* i
- Developing and revising applicable standards and procedures.

- Ensuring effective communications within the Reclamation Operating Group as well as with other departments, and with other operating groups (Extraction).

- Previous supervisory experience . D9 E& H% w6 c) X2 C
- Strong leadership skills - e" r T/ O: ^/ {+ {
- A minimum of grade 12 diploma
% I9 \- G1 @( h+ e6 T! E- High motivation with good interpersonal, communication, planning and organizational skills
3 n( n8 T' {1 x9 a- Several years experience related to large materials processing plant or dredging operations
& }% _0 |8 L5 _- A good working knowledge of OH & S regulations and thorough understanding of Loss Management techniques.
