3 s0 f; k1 k4 mAs a Shift Supervisor, the incumbent is responsible for the safe and effective operation of the Reclamation and Pond Operations facilities on a shift basis. Other job duties include:

( o: e/ Z N9 L: X) J- Supervising Shift personnel to ensure reclamation operating targets are achieved. % e" Y3 T8 F( f y
- Developing and implementing programs focused on the optimization and continuous improvement of the operating plants.
# m1 A1 d4 V& X+ B4 W- Ensuring effective on-shift training and progression qualification for operators. . G8 o8 r$ {8 `8 \6 P
- Developing and revising applicable standards and procedures.
) k8 c& |" d" @. h! r+ ^- Ensuring a structured approach to managing safety performance and environmental diligence.
6 q, \* J' Z Y/ s5 `3 X. U- Ensuring effective communications within the Reclamation Operating Group as well as with other departments, and with other operating groups (Extraction).

- Strong leadership skills
2 W: ]+ y7 |7 q" \- A minimum of grade 12 diploma 3 M, D7 A7 z) ^' J
- High motivation with good interpersonal, communication, planning and organizational skills
( t2 ]. x# J( B% w- _3 g& O3 F- Several years experience related to large materials processing plant or dredging operations / x/ p: g- a' |5 u E& S- G4 ~ b
- A good working knowledge of OH & S regulations and thorough understanding of Loss Management techniques.
