# g: i5 c/ D& A, zAs a Shift Supervisor, the incumbent is responsible for the safe and effective operation of the Reclamation and Pond Operations facilities on a shift basis. Other job duties include:

" a. o5 ^; t% K, E. B5 F- Supervising Shift personnel to ensure reclamation operating targets are achieved. - I0 f% x4 g) a- O9 y$ _ f; n$ Y
- Developing and implementing programs focused on the optimization and continuous improvement of the operating plants.
1 I/ p8 E8 W0 @' ]/ _1 w# ]% o2 f- Ensuring effective on-shift training and progression qualification for operators. 4 N" u6 L9 f# y
- Developing and revising applicable standards and procedures. + T/ _& Z2 H) Q0 f$ R' m+ e- L
- Ensuring a structured approach to managing safety performance and environmental diligence. * H j1 @7 A/ _. r& A9 l2 V# z
- Ensuring effective communications within the Reclamation Operating Group as well as with other departments, and with other operating groups (Extraction). # A+ ]* e1 X7 r; g1 [; s* R$ i; P3 I2 a9 G
- Managing shift expense budgets.

0 J/ ^- O, r, C9 W2 |- Previous supervisory experience

- A minimum of grade 12 diploma
" L2 o5 N# s, i: h( X- x8 U d! s! y- High motivation with good interpersonal, communication, planning and organizational skills
, ~8 d# I6 U8 V* d# d! I- Several years experience related to large materials processing plant or dredging operations
