EDMONTON (CP) - A tentative deal that would see Alberta doctors receive their first fee increase in almost a year-and-a-half should help retain physicians in the booming province, but it won't necessarily improve patient care, says the president of the Alberta Medical Association. . _. @* W2 P4 a4 ^$ k; C* I
