•        1 tsp (5 mL) Ground ginger $ b! L* w8 e  M/ X) D! ?
•        1 Clove garlic, minced3 f& n2 a# d0 D
•        Pinch pepper0 }; ~1 ^  ^( f% W# |1 z& _7 `
•        4 Boneless skinless chicken breasts
; p& x. C, V  l7 f% }3 p9 Y7 |•        4 Pineapple slices

. ~( k) \! w  UIn bowl, whisk together soy sauce, honey, ginger, garlic and pepper; add chicken and let marinate for 15 minutes.

Reserving marinade, arrange chicken and pineapple in single layer on foil-lined baking sheet. Brush with marinade; broil for about 4 minutes per side or until chicken is golden and no longer pink inside. Serve topped with pineapple.; X: z: ?! Y$ v5 G3 \* @

For large chicken breasts, flatten slightly with meat pounder to ensure even cooking.
