工作职责:

-组织和分发工作人员时间表

-准备每日销售存款, 设立出纳耕种等。

-装卸商品销售楼层分布

-及时、专业地解决客户投诉。

工作类型: 全职 (最少35小时)


Job Duties:

- k  y0 L- ^. @$ T" e- Ability to train staff on customer service matters, stocking up products and sales

/ e2 S# k7 O# S% t* Y) T- I- Organize and distribute staff schedules

( q) `0 }: E4 I2 R3 L4 x- Preparing daily sales deposits, setting up cashier tills, etc..

- Opening and closing procedures

4 `- A! N- _  |, H- Load and unload merchandise for sales floor distribution

( c1 D; s  N6 V$ p' f1 V- Set up floor and window displays

- Resolve customer complaints promptly and professionally

) |8 d0 J) |4 B: B) u3 f- Perform all duties assigned by Store Manager

Requirements:

- Willingness to learn, self-motivation, good communication and interpersonal abilities, computer literacy, and teamwork

2 s. W$ L) W) P, Q$ f- Must be able to multi-task

. S  h& |8 e. G9 m- Prior experience is a plus+
  
- Able to read Japanese is a plus
