请教renew pr 卡邮寄问题

最近需要renew pr 卡，咨询几个问题

1. 是不是只能邮寄啊，不能网上提交吧？
6 E' ]5 t1 c: k2. 如果一家三个人 是不是可以都放一个大信封里面一起寄啊。 还是要分开寄去啊。

如果是加急申请更换pr 卡，可以网上递交
0 x+ m! ]9 F7 u# \3 _You require urgent processing of your renewal/replacement Permanent Resident card. To be eligible for urgent processing, you must provide:
; z+ k7 A) ^+ I0 \) a7 Lproof of travel (itinerary or ticket) that shows your full name, destination and travel dates;
9 d2 k5 k" _( Pproof of payment for the travel that shows the date you paid, the full amount you paid, and how you paid;
a letter explaining the reason for the urgency; and
5 F2 W$ \3 G( T/ _% V% O) y7 v4 A0 _proof of the urgency (e.g. a doctor’s note, death certificate, or letter from your employer).

4 b2 Z) w' i; R( C8 h2. 我平常周末在邮局帮忙，对此比较了解。如果你用 express post 大信封，可以把材料分装到小信封里面，上面写上各个申请人的名字，然后把这些信封塞进这个大信封里面。
