请教renew pr 卡邮寄问题

最近需要renew pr 卡，咨询几个问题

: k$ C, S# B9 B5 P5 K1. 是不是只能邮寄啊，不能网上提交吧？
+ d& F. ^1 w* n( A  ?/ l# y+ x- b* c2. 如果一家三个人 是不是可以都放一个大信封里面一起寄啊。 还是要分开寄去啊。

如果是加急申请更换pr 卡，可以网上递交
You require urgent processing of your renewal/replacement Permanent Resident card. To be eligible for urgent processing, you must provide:
proof of travel (itinerary or ticket) that shows your full name, destination and travel dates;
8 l, ]% |( ~, D% vproof of payment for the travel that shows the date you paid, the full amount you paid, and how you paid;
# H; |# L' M' _' `. A8 ]/ |4 f' fa letter explaining the reason for the urgency; and
proof of the urgency (e.g. a doctor’s note, death certificate, or letter from your employer).

- O( S4 x$ R! E$ V! r, y2 ]2. 我平常周末在邮局帮忙，对此比较了解。如果你用 express post 大信封，可以把材料分装到小信封里面，上面写上各个申请人的名字，然后把这些信封塞进这个大信封里面。
