3 q7 @( m, B) F9 {& xWe are currently seeking an executive assistant to work closely with the President to provide all administrative and executive support to facilitate the management’s ability to lead company’s growth.

! J9 I8 w& {* n% x2 B+ {# q! I" ZDuties and responsibilities:
  F/ l  x) N/ T" @9 q, h  R
- Assist organizing correspondences, documents and information effectively for easy retrieval.
% h" y5 j$ G3 {( d. n- Handling confidential information at high regard of security.
- Coordinate schedules and plans for the president.
- Gradually develop understanding of the Executive’s intentions and logics.
( c1 i5 u" a2 g, X- Independently manage multiple assignments proactively and meet deadlines.
- Perform other work-related tasks if needed.

Job Requirements:
8 Z; Y+ a. D$ ~' [1 M- Well-rounded blend of work experience and personality in a professional environment.
0 ?6 A  x2 [! q: A- Previous experience in kitchen cabinet industry is a strong asset.
- Have a valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
- Outstanding computer literacy. Even better being tech-savvy.
- Previous drafting experience is a strong asset.
