In accordance with the Edmonton Chinatown Care Centre’s mission vision and values, the Chief Executive officer will lead the organization focusing on the following objectives:

Lead the organization towards the excellence in resident care and quality of life for Seniors
6 ^/ x1 v: T& s4 e2 u) [Adhere to the highest standards of organizational management and fiscal responsibility Build networks, alliances and partnerships
Achieve and maintain accreditation standards
% {7 I+ U9 L" a2 iEngage and collaborate with all internal and external stakeholders
7 f9 `! V1 z0 j; BBe accountable for decision and actions
8 u; n% C% g% ]* |$ M7 N& yMitigate risk to the organization.
0 }/ M! i2 r, W+ m5 R; cEducation:

A minimum of a Bachelor’s Degree from a recognized university, or a combination of management, health and/or public administration courses and related experience is required.
• A Master’s degree is preferred in a related discipline
Experience:
+ V  O5 J* {; u- V
( \" S: Q/ F  g- H3 CDemonstrated involvement with Board’s of Directors.
% }7 ~0 U6 b1 t+ NPublic speaking and crisp writing skills are essential.
Senior’s housing, long-term care, supportive living and homecare in a position of leadership.
Professional:

6 ?" h- V9 n8 E* NCurrent or past Member of a professional organization (regionally, nationally or international).
  |  G. _( T% r3 q0 t" E* l
7 i( Y1 x( N  pCurrent or past Member of a Community Provincial, National or International organization.
Maintains current membership within statutory bodies and organizations in or outside the
Center objectives.

Security Clearance :

Must have clear criminal record
