In accordance with the Edmonton Chinatown Care Centre’s mission vision and values, the Chief Executive officer will lead the organization focusing on the following objectives:

( S- ~* e* v7 C2 ?! v$ qAdhere to the highest standards of organizational management and fiscal responsibility Build networks, alliances and partnerships
; ]( m" M' ?1 `8 a& NAchieve and maintain accreditation standards
Engage and collaborate with all internal and external stakeholders
Be accountable for decision and actions
: _4 O/ O' I5 iMitigate risk to the organization.
Education:
$ M; @/ s1 o* n% Y2 B  G2 s) c) _
: ?3 u5 ~" |  }) c# _2 aA minimum of a Bachelor’s Degree from a recognized university, or a combination of management, health and/or public administration courses and related experience is required.
• A Master’s degree is preferred in a related discipline
Experience:

Demonstrated involvement with Board’s of Directors.
Public speaking and crisp writing skills are essential.
& `+ z! c9 N0 U1 f& h1 c* x- g. Q, B( {Senior’s housing, long-term care, supportive living and homecare in a position of leadership.

6 O( U# N8 F4 VCurrent or past Member of a professional organization (regionally, nationally or international).
" s% M( S2 f4 d* y/ L5 D. s+ c& k
- o3 r% [9 e- T- y5 hCurrent or past Member of a Community Provincial, National or International organization.
Maintains current membership within statutory bodies and organizations in or outside the
% I- l4 k, g+ {; B. P5 D: U% x, _1 ]Center objectives.
