Requirements:

1. Carefulness and Accuracy about data checking and data entry.

3. Fluent English Speaking/communication and Writing

& U4 ^7 `8 A. p2 \- J4. Teamwork request - Works well with others and independently. Work needs to be done in time manner.

  S& z# j3 {( F9 d# @4 s5. Proficient in Microsoft and Excel, especially for Excel, should be able to run/edit as per requests.

" z, x) A- ?% \# d6 Q, l6. Organizational and multi-task skills. Could handle high pressure work and cold calls.

4 G. ]5 |0 T- g9 u! {6 w5 @7. Working Hour request: 7:00 am – 3:30 pm with 1 hour break in between (Monday to Friday except statutory holiday)

8. Overtime may be require during Oct – Dec busy season.

Job Duties:

2. Order Acknowledge by email

3. Order Checking according to guideline

; G' M( X( w; ^! e: {4. Order/Data entry Accuracy in time manner

5. Send orders to warehouse

- M9 `1 g' C. H* Z( J% G6. Communicate with warehouse if there is any special request

7 z, W4 J  j" M* s$ \5 Z8 k7. Follow up and report about order status
