SALARY RANGE: Compensation will be commensurate with experience, but overall compensation will be results-based and goal-oriented.

) o1 F( K' ^! m- U3 o) b• Provide tier 2-3 support for network issues for technologies such as but not limited to:
% k5 m# M% @& L2 x. G" h( H   o Microsoft Windows NT 4.0, 2000, XP, 2003
7 U2 L0 E7 G* h$ q& l) \- I! R   o Microsoft Exchange 5.5, 2000, 2003
2 p( h1 w1 J* e5 V" C& ^   o Microsoft SQL Server 7, 2000
   o Microsoft SMS 2, 2003
! e9 k+ ]( |( ~& }& d   o Microsoft Operations Manager
# L7 n! N, O5 d3 W2 ~   o VMWare Virtual Server solutions
   o Linux based operating systems
   o Sun Solaris operating systems
   o Advanced level and hands-on knowledge of Cisco IOS, VoIP, and security knowledge and configuration experience
• Provide network solutions and recommendations to customer inquires regarding Anti-Virus, Email & Collaboration, Network Security, Migration Strategy, Disaster Recovery…etc.
• Proper and detailed documentation of all support and project related calls
: b9 i& F2 C; z) ^; z• Administration, architecting, and technical support experience on the Microsoft Windows
platform, Microsoft Exchange 5.5 – 2003 platform, Citrix Metaframe platform, Microsoft
SMS platform, Microsoft IIS platform, Microsoft DNS and Microsoft Active Directory…etc.
• Advanced Cisco routing and switching and/or firewall configurations

SKILL REQUIREMENTS FOR THIS POSITION:
• 5 – 8 years hands-on IT experience
% t* i5 R- d* S+ S+ D& @: L3 i  T6 k  B• Excellent written and verbal skills
• Ability to work in a team environment
• Excellent organization skills with detail AND accuracy
  N6 ~9 E, V; r- D9 @& o) H• Excellent documentation skills with detail AND accuracy
• Certification should include some or all of the following:
* t% Z6 o2 P. t+ y4 d* S   o Cisco Certified Design Professional (CCDP)
   o Cisco Certified Network Professional (CCNP)
   o Cisco Certified Internetworking Professional (CCIP)

6 @: i* R* U0 f2 |   o Microsoft Certified Systems Engineer (Windows 2000 or Windows 2003)
   o Citrix Certified Enterprise Administrator (CCEA)
   o Any other professional certification designations are a bonus
4 F, ^9 V. s6 h• Ability to multi-task and manage multiple medium sized projects

( H; g' p* v- S• Advanced TCP/IP and internetworking protocol knowledge
• Experience in IT operations and an actively contributing team member in project based work
• Advanced technical and hands-on expertise in Microsoft Windows-based migration projects in 800-1500 seat size of multiple domain, sites, and active directory.
• Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Group Policy, DFS, Windows Security, Virtual Server, SharePoint Server, Exchange Server 5.5, 2000, and 2005
