RESPONSIBILITIES FOR THIS POSITION:

u$ J; J. u4 b* E W1 T# g, z+ e* } o Microsoft Exchange 5.5, 2000, 2003
2 Q$ b0 D& I# s o Microsoft SQL Server 7, 2000
L) I! c5 Y6 Y1 t- j o Microsoft SMS 2, 2003
& M) s, o8 E+ B( w. ^. c' S2 { o Microsoft Operations Manager2 U* G; o% W# g) \2 U0 u
o VMWare Virtual Server solutions$ Q# T# V Y8 r0 M i
o Linux based operating systems3 v, W# y$ M" t8 ^
o Sun Solaris operating systems$ @3 _' A2 j% D$ x( d
o Advanced level and hands-on knowledge of Cisco IOS, VoIP, and security knowledge and configuration experience8 w! V u# k- j* E6 F
• Provide network solutions and recommendations to customer inquires regarding Anti-Virus, Email & Collaboration, Network Security, Migration Strategy, Disaster Recovery…etc.
) `/ M" W( g2 I5 H• Proper and detailed documentation of all support and project related calls7 e. m$ K4 L$ W$ x
• Administration, architecting, and technical support experience on the Microsoft Windows) ~' F% Q& {6 \3 E, `% x
platform, Microsoft Exchange 5.5 – 2003 platform, Citrix Metaframe platform, Microsoft
' T1 m! j+ o. \! |SMS platform, Microsoft IIS platform, Microsoft DNS and Microsoft Active Directory…etc.) g n& _) ~; l8 f! t% f
• Advanced Cisco routing and switching and/or firewall configurations

o Cisco Certified Design Professional (CCDP)

o Microsoft Certified Systems Engineer (Windows 2000 or Windows 2003)

• Experience in IT operations and an actively contributing team member in project based work0 M8 H6 n8 b& [4 b9 E f J% A
• Advanced technical and hands-on expertise in Microsoft Windows-based migration projects in 800-1500 seat size of multiple domain, sites, and active directory.

• Have led medium to large sized projects5 h+ G0 J2 Q ?/ r- P2 w% K; r7 z
• A valid Alberta driver’s license is mandatory2 Z: p' ^1 K* c$ E+ ?5 w+ A5 v
