   o Microsoft Exchange 5.5, 2000, 2003

* ?2 R; Q& p! y- u   o Advanced level and hands-on knowledge of Cisco IOS, VoIP, and security knowledge and configuration experience
; a: a3 Y2 n4 T: L• Provide network solutions and recommendations to customer inquires regarding Anti-Virus, Email & Collaboration, Network Security, Migration Strategy, Disaster Recovery…etc.
• Proper and detailed documentation of all support and project related calls
( E2 g/ A- D# l0 G5 p3 M• Administration, architecting, and technical support experience on the Microsoft Windows
2 k- p, W6 v5 qplatform, Microsoft Exchange 5.5 – 2003 platform, Citrix Metaframe platform, Microsoft
SMS platform, Microsoft IIS platform, Microsoft DNS and Microsoft Active Directory…etc.
, @3 T; C* L# f5 v' ?; t• Advanced Cisco routing and switching and/or firewall configurations

SKILL REQUIREMENTS FOR THIS POSITION:
• 5 – 8 years hands-on IT experience
! y! W+ u7 P4 t7 l: c6 i$ w• Excellent written and verbal skills
• Ability to work in a team environment
• Excellent organization skills with detail AND accuracy
% Z( I2 Z: h) H! N7 M& O• Excellent documentation skills with detail AND accuracy
• Certification should include some or all of the following:
   o Cisco Certified Design Professional (CCDP)
7 N6 |# r$ Z0 d" A   o Cisco Certified Network Professional (CCNP)
0 H/ X; a* }0 N5 k) T# ~" B   o Cisco Certified Internetworking Professional (CCIP)
/ Z) P; d9 p8 z* u: m: B3 W, {   o Cisco Certified Security Professional (CCSP)
   o Microsoft Certified Systems Engineer (Windows 2000 or Windows 2003)
; u  }# K+ Z# I, T1 S   o Citrix Certified Enterprise Administrator (CCEA)
   o Any other professional certification designations are a bonus
. O  Y. P7 w, }+ @( b/ x• Ability to multi-task and manage multiple medium sized projects
• Ability to understand and deliver high quality customer service
7 J8 x+ d6 a# d- y& L• Advanced TCP/IP and internetworking protocol knowledge
. g6 S( d& O- C: j+ N- Y3 y• Experience in IT operations and an actively contributing team member in project based work
• Advanced technical and hands-on expertise in Microsoft Windows-based migration projects in 800-1500 seat size of multiple domain, sites, and active directory.
• Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Group Policy, DFS, Windows Security, Virtual Server, SharePoint Server, Exchange Server 5.5, 2000, and 2005
0 S/ U- S/ a1 P3 K/ u& X$ c2 ?• Have 4+ years of network design experience
$ L4 u4 q' ]7 |$ G& n8 D• Have led medium to large sized projects
; F+ |0 c0 ~5 K• A valid Alberta driver’s license is mandatory
