5 I  G4 |8 x: E  b1 `" c' I* I9 ~+ w" r( ~• Provide tier 2-3 support for network issues for technologies such as but not limited to:
' k6 X8 P7 W: x: w   o Microsoft Windows NT 4.0, 2000, XP, 2003
# m% m% _7 X+ s" u7 S: V8 t1 n' n, }   o Microsoft Exchange 5.5, 2000, 2003
   o Microsoft SQL Server 7, 2000
   o Microsoft SMS 2, 2003
* M( J' @, k' H/ j( T3 W& O   o Microsoft Operations Manager
   o VMWare Virtual Server solutions
) S: G1 ?' O9 q4 t8 f* K. W9 ^   o Linux based operating systems
   o Sun Solaris operating systems
   o Advanced level and hands-on knowledge of Cisco IOS, VoIP, and security knowledge and configuration experience
& x& h. b" M0 R6 p• Provide network solutions and recommendations to customer inquires regarding Anti-Virus, Email & Collaboration, Network Security, Migration Strategy, Disaster Recovery…etc.
• Proper and detailed documentation of all support and project related calls
. E  s0 x3 U* n- `. @% K• Administration, architecting, and technical support experience on the Microsoft Windows
platform, Microsoft Exchange 5.5 – 2003 platform, Citrix Metaframe platform, Microsoft
+ [9 u% E: |- _" A+ X  l8 y1 fSMS platform, Microsoft IIS platform, Microsoft DNS and Microsoft Active Directory…etc.
& P% ?, e5 v+ O% s# O" }• Advanced Cisco routing and switching and/or firewall configurations

SKILL REQUIREMENTS FOR THIS POSITION:
• 5 – 8 years hands-on IT experience
1 q2 y. x2 U: G: ^9 |$ g1 m: R• Excellent written and verbal skills
• Ability to work in a team environment
• Excellent organization skills with detail AND accuracy

• Certification should include some or all of the following:
   o Cisco Certified Design Professional (CCDP)
   o Cisco Certified Network Professional (CCNP)
3 P+ ]% V! c& Z0 L2 z   o Cisco Certified Internetworking Professional (CCIP)
+ T4 {7 B! Y. a* ?; `$ l. B! {) p   o Cisco Certified Security Professional (CCSP)
   o Microsoft Certified Systems Engineer (Windows 2000 or Windows 2003)
/ d+ |6 ?, C2 Y   o Citrix Certified Enterprise Administrator (CCEA)
   o Any other professional certification designations are a bonus
• Ability to multi-task and manage multiple medium sized projects
• Ability to understand and deliver high quality customer service
• Advanced TCP/IP and internetworking protocol knowledge
• Experience in IT operations and an actively contributing team member in project based work
• Advanced technical and hands-on expertise in Microsoft Windows-based migration projects in 800-1500 seat size of multiple domain, sites, and active directory.
