SALARY RANGE: Compensation will be commensurate with experience, but overall compensation will be results-based and goal-oriented.

RESPONSIBILITIES FOR THIS POSITION:
• Provide tier 2-3 support for network issues for technologies such as but not limited to:
   o Microsoft Windows NT 4.0, 2000, XP, 2003
! s( o+ D$ h! s* V  `   o Microsoft Exchange 5.5, 2000, 2003
   o Microsoft SQL Server 7, 2000
   o Microsoft SMS 2, 2003
   o Microsoft Operations Manager
3 D& K8 F9 X) S4 z2 S5 B! l, E- F   o VMWare Virtual Server solutions
! E5 T' S4 t) k1 `   o Linux based operating systems
   o Sun Solaris operating systems
5 I9 o" e& y3 R   o Advanced level and hands-on knowledge of Cisco IOS, VoIP, and security knowledge and configuration experience
1 d& F# Z* z' g+ V/ `3 L3 [! A• Provide network solutions and recommendations to customer inquires regarding Anti-Virus, Email & Collaboration, Network Security, Migration Strategy, Disaster Recovery…etc.
• Proper and detailed documentation of all support and project related calls
4 V0 g$ \3 ~' [7 P3 f' ?7 E• Administration, architecting, and technical support experience on the Microsoft Windows
platform, Microsoft Exchange 5.5 – 2003 platform, Citrix Metaframe platform, Microsoft
+ l/ _( g& I3 M' ~0 O. T7 y7 ESMS platform, Microsoft IIS platform, Microsoft DNS and Microsoft Active Directory…etc.
6 K1 N2 Q# q; h6 z& I4 L• Advanced Cisco routing and switching and/or firewall configurations

SKILL REQUIREMENTS FOR THIS POSITION:
8 U0 c9 X. Z. J) q2 U. `5 |• 5 – 8 years hands-on IT experience
• Excellent written and verbal skills
• Ability to work in a team environment
! k4 T# u1 X0 t$ k( m  a/ B• Excellent organization skills with detail AND accuracy
• Excellent documentation skills with detail AND accuracy
2 [8 g5 J2 L1 T2 t" \) v) t• Certification should include some or all of the following:
   o Cisco Certified Design Professional (CCDP)
   o Cisco Certified Network Professional (CCNP)
   o Cisco Certified Internetworking Professional (CCIP)
   o Cisco Certified Security Professional (CCSP)

   o Any other professional certification designations are a bonus

7 K8 v/ V7 e+ w; p$ W9 v  o• Ability to understand and deliver high quality customer service
• Advanced TCP/IP and internetworking protocol knowledge
• Experience in IT operations and an actively contributing team member in project based work
• Advanced technical and hands-on expertise in Microsoft Windows-based migration projects in 800-1500 seat size of multiple domain, sites, and active directory.
& c* a2 [+ g& V7 Z• Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Group Policy, DFS, Windows Security, Virtual Server, SharePoint Server, Exchange Server 5.5, 2000, and 2005
• Have 4+ years of network design experience

• A valid Alberta driver’s license is mandatory
