您好，请问这是个出租楼，还是直接和业主租房呢？能告知一个十字路口的位置我看看大概在什么位置么？ 看照片里有简单家具， 都会清空吗，还是会留下？多谢

谢谢回复。这是西人物业公司管理的公寓楼。楼管办公室就在相邻的公寓楼里。24小时物业电话。屋顶去年更新的，楼内刚刚update了安全邮箱和监控摄像头。
