你所谓的“大麻就是毒品” 这句话，和你上下文类比，不就是说“大麻在法律上就是跟海洛因一样的毒品” 。而事实上在加拿大法律里，大麻跟海洛因属于不同法律条款管辖。' \3 s) ~) a5 |5 t

按照加拿大的 “Controlled Drugs and Substances Act” 受监管药品和物质法案，总共有8个 Schedule, 中国人平时所知的毒品可卡因海洛因都是 Schedule I，而大麻根本就没有包括在这个范畴内，而是另开了 Schedule II 给它。
