Canada North Camps Inc. (14238 – 134 Avenue, Edmonton, AB T5L 5V8) is looking to hire a full-time Cook who could be responsible for preparing and serving a wide variety of food items while maintaining a clean and safe work environment adding to an all-around pleasant dining experience for our customers.

- Prepare sandwiches, salad bar and other high quality meals
7 ?4 V7 v# h7 u; B- Supervise kitchen staff
- Ensure kitchen staff follow company safety practices
7 L2 }8 n6 e7 E# @+ z/ y5 q- Plan menus, estimate food costs, order supplies
/ q* u6 [$ d6 S3 r* A8 J9 F* r- Manage kitchen operations
; }" U0 m+ t' x) n* r- Maintain acceptable levels of food production

- Completion of college or other program in cooking is mandatory. Associate or Bachelor’s degree in restaurant / hospitality/ culinary arts is considered an asset.
- Minimum 2 years of previous experience as Cook in a fast-paced environment is mandatory.
- Good proficiency in English.
- Highly organized.

Working hours: 10 hours per day, 70 hours per week.
Working schedule: 21 days on and 7 days off.
