Canada North Camps Inc. (14238 – 134 Avenue, Edmonton, AB T5L 5V8) is looking to hire a full-time Cook who could be responsible for preparing and serving a wide variety of food items while maintaining a clean and safe work environment adding to an all-around pleasant dining experience for our customers.
) c" {, z2 e4 rDuties:
- Prepare sandwiches, salad bar and other high quality meals
- Supervise kitchen staff
3 D: M" y2 d! S. O8 m0 p! x- Ensure kitchen staff follow company safety practices
- Plan menus, estimate food costs, order supplies
1 b- V+ ~! O3 Y  T: G, r! j- I- Manage kitchen operations
- Maintain acceptable levels of food production
- Work night shifts, as necessary
Requirements:
4 _/ v' f# _9 f- Completion of college or other program in cooking is mandatory. Associate or Bachelor’s degree in restaurant / hospitality/ culinary arts is considered an asset.
- Minimum 2 years of previous experience as Cook in a fast-paced environment is mandatory.
- Good proficiency in English.

This is a contract, full-time position.
Working hours: 10 hours per day, 70 hours per week.
+ g7 W. o( z9 Q( C9 OWorking schedule: 21 days on and 7 days off.
