I saw God's image in a homeless man.

Today I was volunteering at a post office. A man in an old jacket with uncombed hair came to the counter. He had a wallet in his hand, and put it on the counter. He told me:
"I am going to send it back".
1 O  B' g7 U( f) Q3 @I did not understand what he meant by "it", because usually people would send a letter or a parcel back to the sender, and I did not see he had any of those. So I asked him:
"I am sorry, what are you sending back?"
He said, "the Wallet, I am sending back the wallet." Then he added: "I am going to pay the postage."
"Oh, you found a wallet, and you are going to send it back to the person who lost it?"
. I8 }7 b7 I% N2 J0 h' d( O"Yes, I did."
: `' K9 c& T9 ^/ g0 e- XFinally I understood: this dishevelled man found a wallet, and he was going to return it to the owner by post.
- M! O) a3 E( f. @) z0 HHe took the ID card from the wallet, and showed me the address of the loser of the wallet. I saw there were several one-hundred bills in the wallet.
"Are you going to take some money from the wallet to pay the postage?"
"No, I am not. I do not do those things."
8 [6 K+ b7 D& s& @! ?- k- ^He took out his  wallet, which was nearly worn-out, small, and almost empty. There were some coins inside.
0 G. _! J& O' \8 Y7 X* fI gave him a bubbled envelope, and instructed him where to write the addresses. He wrote the owner's address, but stopped at writing a return address. He asked:
$ @) i6 c6 M. ~% K+ j3 u% j"Is it okay that I do not write this part?"
* T6 m1 o, o; |+ y"Yes, you may." I thought he must want to be a nameless hero. But he said:
"I do not have an address."
7 W0 ~' v/ C, j+ \9 |I was surprised: "oh, where do you live?"
8 G: q: K! h8 C( ]3 v1 p( V" uHe did not look up, and said: "I do not have a home."
My heart had a sudden jump. I realized that this is a homeless man who found money but was sending it back to the person who lost it.
He did not a posses a home, but he had a big heart. He had the precious fortune of being a man of integrity.

if you'd like care about those homeless who sleep at LRT station, you may visit those homeless my wife and provide some food to them. I once met some homeless at downtown LRT station in winter morning 7:00 am, those people are very pitiful, they need some food.
