- C: j' ^; e+ @7 E- Q-Set up and maintain manual and computerized information filing systems;
-Greet visitors, ascertain nature of business and direct visitors to employer;
' f1 t( X* g6 h* Y3 n' Q( n-Use computer word processing, spreadsheet, and database software;
-Schedule and confirm appointments and meetings of employer;
, ^. u) `% E2 t2 N-Answer telephone and electronic enquiries and relay telephone calls and messages;
-Data entry and upkeep of the company’s databases, ensure a high level of accuracy;
-Prepare and send outgoing faxes, mails, and packages;
: j2 A! C4 L; S0 V) o-Provide administrative support to management and other staff
