We are looking for a part time Accountant who can represent our firm by communicating with our clients while performing general accounting duties. You will develop your skills by working on a wide range of assignments. The main tasks will include but not limited to the following:
: I1 Y$ H7 ]4 j5 W$ L( v• Perform Full cycle bookkeeping duties (AP, AR, Bank reconciliations, etc.)
4 D# I5 _ r$ S4 l8 ?6 j& M6 h• Prepare CaseWare working paper files,
: T3 q' q$ o; C# P6 p% v• Prepare financial statements
7 i) s( ~; x3 x1 C• Prepare corporate tax returns % g7 S* Y2 I% j1 H
• File GST returns
5 o8 I) D* m7 }• Process payroll3 j/ m. U Q+ H' p9 \3 M
• File T4/T5 returns
. A' q! B5 x$ H• Prepare personal tax returns & ]4 c2 T5 [ D' o+ P4 P
• Communication with our clients and government agencies

The position requires prior public practice accounting experience, proficiency in Caseware, profile, Quickbooks, Sage 50, and Excel. 3 c3 j* M3 V/ O) {; J
/ b: _; ?. b1 O) T" w! ] C' eConsideration will be given to the candidate who possess strong organization skills, have the ability to multi-task, and meet deadlines under pressure. Designation is preferred but not required.
