Yong Qiang Chartered Accountant is a small public practice accounting firm that serves the clients in Edmonton and surrounding areas. We provide accounting, tax, and other services for small sized businesses.

After 5 years’ development, we are expanding our operation with the acquisition of new office location. We are a firm that provide flexibility and work-life balance. We are a paperless office and believe a technology lead to high quality and outstanding service for our clients.
+ @+ }9 j' C. ]' N2 cWe are looking for a part time Accountant who can represent our firm by communicating with our clients while performing general accounting duties. You will develop your skills by working on a wide range of assignments. The main tasks will include but not limited to the following:
& i9 y0 ^# x: |6 p, m" y7 @•        Perform Full cycle bookkeeping duties (AP, AR, Bank reconciliations, etc.)
+ M* g8 z: y. I" M& T•        Prepare CaseWare working paper files,
•        Prepare financial statements
( `, `/ d8 Z8 V: A•        Prepare corporate tax returns
•        File GST returns
" i& {/ }/ y& W8 K9 v7 Q- m' k9 t, a•        Process payroll
& f2 w6 |, t5 {" w, n( b•        File T4/T5 returns
3 T& |$ X. }( ^8 ^+ V5 i' O* r! v•        Prepare personal tax returns
•        Communication with our clients and government agencies

The position requires prior public practice accounting experience, proficiency in Caseware, profile, Quickbooks, Sage 50, and Excel.

1 E8 f6 @" ?: O6 _, ]9 V2 M9 ^$ F* G5 [7 OConsideration will be given to the candidate who possess strong organization skills, have the ability to multi-task, and meet deadlines under pressure. Designation is preferred but not required.

不要读这个专业，除非你有背景或者以后会接手/经营自己的business

: j+ v/ V7 b) \/ b! t) T  [这个专业的新手一捞一大把，供大大高于求，但是这个专业到了中级就比较容易了，缺点是薪水太低，一直到了高级或者是designated就不同了，供小于求，在招工的网站，大部分要求designation的工作都要放好久才被拿下来，这个门槛卡住好多好多人。。。。
