2 {9 M3 {% a' ~We are looking for a part time Accountant who can represent our firm by communicating with our clients while performing general accounting duties. You will develop your skills by working on a wide range of assignments. The main tasks will include but not limited to the following: - S0 G* D4 M' F& B
• Perform Full cycle bookkeeping duties (AP, AR, Bank reconciliations, etc.) 0 B/ }6 o$ D1 ~& q
• Prepare CaseWare working paper files,
8 ~+ P! v3 T0 d• Prepare financial statements
8 [5 l+ J0 Z: i0 L+ r4 S• Prepare corporate tax returns
# P# d! x& K) b$ D6 [% u% w' P3 S• File GST returns ) F$ ^; }) n) s2 V+ B
• Process payroll
# T! K6 m) Q! N# ?• File T4/T5 returns
2 f" x* L& x# ~- C Y; A4 B• Prepare personal tax returns
+ n% c1 J4 s+ B6 P' [• Communication with our clients and government agencies

# \ ^6 s& U3 \: ]$ ^" PThe position requires prior public practice accounting experience, proficiency in Caseware, profile, Quickbooks, Sage 50, and Excel. 8 O3 G `5 n4 ]8 M( I

Consideration will be given to the candidate who possess strong organization skills, have the ability to multi-task, and meet deadlines under pressure. Designation is preferred but not required.
