Job Description:

Plan and direct food preparation and culinary activities
+ }# y& w- r2 \' [5 DModify menus or create new ones that meet quality standards
9 {9 t+ u4 r+ X) L$ o- Y2 |Estimate food requirements and food/labor costs
Supervise kitchen staff’s activities
Arrange for equipment purchases and repairs
7 k, |- p7 n. U% }' w- q1 gRecruit and manage kitchen staff
; _2 A1 L7 v7 P  m: oRectify arising problems or complaints
" M2 P$ V1 u: h- cGive prepared plates the “final touch”
Perform administrative duties

Proven working experience as a head chef
Excellent record of kitchen management

Capable of delegating multiple tasks
Communication and leadership skills
Keep up with cooking trends and best practices
7 \; Z/ A( U4 ~9 _3 @8 uWorking knowledge of various computer software programs (MS Office, restaurant management software, POS)
+ @7 c; O  E2 C2 WBS degree in Culinary science or related certificate
