• Greet and qualify customers on the phone or in person with the view that the end result will be a new resident.

! g$ |# x e5 s3 A, r# z• Answer phone calls, and respond to email and walk-in rental enquiries.
8 o7 u3 }9 p. K- s) f6 B* m• Process applications for prospective residents – ensure credit information, landlord and employer references are correct and complete.
5 n9 q W d# L0 a% V- j% M5 \% B* V, a. U• Schedule and complete suite/house showings with prospective residents.; |4 l0 m2 G. N/ y+ _' ]
• Enter and set-up guests and new residents in a database./ k7 R; r. i% H1 g: ^) l. n6 p
• Prepare move-in files and ensure all appropriate documents, cards and keys are enclosed.. |6 z. D! u$ ~
• Schedule and complete move-in and move-out inspections with residents.3 Q, r1 g! g3 X; X
• Perform route inspections as required.7 u2 n7 ]: s# _7 L
• Assist the Property Manager in administrative tasks as required (security deposits, leases).
( ^& i: Q0 r( R$ g; D• Ensure compliance with the Residential Tenancies Act in all procedures.) K' _ W e; A( M$ z/ J; D
• Execute all work in a safe, professional manner in compliance with Occupational Health and Safety Legislation.

- T; C% X, P( Z3 M9 Y6 i• High school graduate; Post-secondary education is an asset
; \) X# K6 A2 Y& Z/ n• Two years relevant experience in sales, leasing and/or customer service is preferred
# [9 |; a" g$ z4 x+ I0 P$ g• Proficient computer skills and knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, and Outlook)5 j A8 [4 S3 y W
• Strong interpersonal and organizational skills. E0 X3 R& N$ a
• Exceptional communication ability, both written and verbal
1 y/ h0 H6 C( S( _• Must have own vehicle and valid driver’s license" G ?+ u: k1 e. [
• Proven customer service and resident relation skills
