Key Responsibilities:

• Answer phone calls, and respond to email and walk-in rental enquiries.
) Q J& e6 ]( G6 R! a( S4 n• Process applications for prospective residents – ensure credit information, landlord and employer references are correct and complete.

• Enter and set-up guests and new residents in a database." _0 b: B4 v/ v& B1 p, E8 d) J
• Prepare move-in files and ensure all appropriate documents, cards and keys are enclosed./ {9 i7 Q4 N. E1 |& G _
• Schedule and complete move-in and move-out inspections with residents.. ]% R& c/ Y, a" q
• Perform route inspections as required.

• Ensure local, provincial and federal laws and regulations are being observed within the community.

• High school graduate; Post-secondary education is an asset; {, K1 V' q" [& B, ^
• Two years relevant experience in sales, leasing and/or customer service is preferred
J1 F/ {( X5 @• Proficient computer skills and knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, and Outlook)! X9 i" o- C+ x' \: i
• Strong interpersonal and organizational skills2 ]1 ]# Y0 W* H; U# W$ s' b
• Exceptional communication ability, both written and verbal5 p0 z) \. a6 n' }$ E
• Must have own vehicle and valid driver’s license

• Security clearance required upon offer of employment
