Key Responsibilities:
- `7 ~" H' y, C* G! B1 g•        Greet and qualify customers on the phone or in person with the view that the end result will be a new resident./ m$ u7 R4 t3 @
•        Post advertisement' G5 i- x9 ]7 Z, d# W1 O2 q
•        Answer phone calls, and respond to email and walk-in rental enquiries.3 \( `- \0 U. @8 L0 I% Q
•        Process applications for prospective residents – ensure credit information, landlord and employer references are correct and complete./ W5 q$ p" P; x) @; n$ u6 n  e
•        Schedule and complete suite/house showings with prospective residents.+ q, b' s7 G* R- ]& u  |
•        Enter and set-up guests and new residents in a database.
/ q7 R+ u3 B6 T+ D•        Prepare move-in files and ensure all appropriate documents, cards and keys are enclosed.9 y. G: R+ A8 j" @, ^0 U# L1 z
•        Schedule and complete move-in and move-out inspections with residents.
5 V1 c4 J. ^5 U•        Perform route inspections as required./ u7 F* _+ N) C0 D0 D1 C3 V
•        Assist the Property Manager in administrative tasks as required (security deposits, leases).
3 y% V9 ?# b0 w  Z0 `•         Ensure compliance with the Residential Tenancies Act in all procedures.  s0 W( C. Z! q9 Q
•        Execute all work in a safe, professional manner in compliance with Occupational Health and Safety Legislation.
4 T2 `6 j$ U$ q$ I) K  J$ c7 x: D•        Ensure local, provincial and federal laws and regulations are being observed within the community.; }' S& p! y( W& ~6 h# Q+ m

Required Skills & Abilities:
2 a2 r% S4 f+ ?7 Y& B1 U8 R: D; a+ u•        High school graduate; Post-secondary education is an asset, |0 \8 h) h2 ]6 C5 [, u' }1 i
•        Two years relevant experience in sales, leasing and/or customer service is preferred  [% }8 r) H2 R0 h% d  f
•        Proficient computer skills and knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, and Outlook)$ s) M/ a! Z0 H2 ?& D
•        Strong interpersonal and organizational skills
# F* `5 r0 w- L5 A, A+ v•        Exceptional communication ability, both written and verbal
' R+ {6 D3 I8 [7 ]6 L0 \•        Must have own vehicle and valid driver’s license, [1 I+ y# M( X
•        Proven customer service and resident relation skills% N* T) Z5 N0 O. `8 r8 ~
•        Must be flexible and willing to change roles or responsibilities as required
8 }6 r8 }) ~. l9 S$ i+ p) m, M•         Security clearance required upon offer of employment0 Z' P+ M* ]1 p  m( y8 _
•        Must possess a sensational customer service philosophy+ ]8 R" Z) |6 C2 C, O& y
•        Highly organized, results oriented and ability to work in a multi-functional team environment
