Key Responsibilities:
' d* U: d! P. r( o! x3 O% p• Greet and qualify customers on the phone or in person with the view that the end result will be a new resident., V) \% i) n* v5 c( P0 |% G
• Post advertisement
9 j, p# W/ M }! y3 b8 D• Answer phone calls, and respond to email and walk-in rental enquiries.& u# m/ ?$ Q7 O4 a- d d" T3 ^: C
• Process applications for prospective residents – ensure credit information, landlord and employer references are correct and complete.
6 Q, S! E- K* ], y/ S; G$ P• Schedule and complete suite/house showings with prospective residents. }6 f# w( `$ L8 L1 v# b& z' e F% e( O
• Enter and set-up guests and new residents in a database.
9 N3 c# T; H( A• Prepare move-in files and ensure all appropriate documents, cards and keys are enclosed.
; K* L6 K3 q. I& R• Schedule and complete move-in and move-out inspections with residents.
; o0 O1 ~* M% K- a• Perform route inspections as required.
# e8 p; ~+ u# c* I& q• Assist the Property Manager in administrative tasks as required (security deposits, leases).
! w; v8 {1 ~9 y/ S; L0 k• Ensure compliance with the Residential Tenancies Act in all procedures.: G- K/ J3 I8 Z- b
• Execute all work in a safe, professional manner in compliance with Occupational Health and Safety Legislation.

Required Skills & Abilities:6 ^9 i( U, w# U* F. t
• High school graduate; Post-secondary education is an asset& P; Z# [! f3 j5 `
• Two years relevant experience in sales, leasing and/or customer service is preferred
' ]* o0 l$ U9 E; T% N• Proficient computer skills and knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, and Outlook)

& I( H. b0 W) i6 e' _1 P& l• Exceptional communication ability, both written and verbal
1 Z8 s; I, c( q. n! P3 T, R• Must have own vehicle and valid driver’s license
