六月价格持平,销量渐缓 m. s7 ]% V2 ^. H
) [3 T \$ I8 m; j0 W埃德蒙顿7月5日报道:6月份大爱城区住宅房销售量与上月持平,但比去年同期下降了11.1%。6月份共有1117套独立屋售出,比去年下降了10.1%,与上一个月的1119套几乎持平;公寓有465套售出,比上一个月上升了11.5%,比去年下降了18.7%。双拼/联排有173套出售,比去年上升了9.8%,比上一个月下降了14.8%。

7 [) Q8 }9 ~4 P" S3 s所有住宅平均价格与去年同期几乎持平,上升了0.1%,独立屋平均价格为$435,366比上一个月下降了1.1%,比去年下降了1.8%。公寓因为本月一些豪华户型的销售,平均价格为$263,326,比上一个月上升了3.5%,比去年上升了2.5%。双拼/联排的平均价格为$352,778,比去年上升了4.6%,比上一个月上升了0.7%。
