( ~2 }4 _$ Y7 B7 T$ l S% f! i" v埃德蒙顿7月5日报道:6月份大爱城区住宅房销售量与上月持平,但比去年同期下降了11.1%。6月份共有1117套独立屋售出,比去年下降了10.1%,与上一个月的1119套几乎持平;公寓有465套售出,比上一个月上升了11.5%,比去年下降了18.7%。双拼/联排有173套出售,比去年上升了9.8%,比上一个月下降了14.8%。

所有住宅平均价格与去年同期几乎持平,上升了0.1%,独立屋平均价格为$435,366比上一个月下降了1.1%,比去年下降了1.8%。公寓因为本月一些豪华户型的销售,平均价格为$263,326,比上一个月上升了3.5%,比去年上升了2.5%。双拼/联排的平均价格为$352,778,比去年上升了4.6%,比上一个月上升了0.7%。

7 _7 x$ V0 [ t" }1 W“尽管6月份的住宅销售量相比上一个月有些许的增加,但依然没有达到去年的数额,同样值得注意的是,在过去两年中尽管销量减缓,但并没有体现在房屋的平均售价上。这是因为,不少高端价位房子的出售,让平均价格依然保持强劲”埃德蒙顿房地产经纪人协会主席Steve Sedgwick说到。! z( Y2 t4 u. R9 l( @
8 V( M5 k) v% t) V7 Z( A) H6月新房上市量为3041套,比上一个月下降了6%,比去年同期下降了4.7%。 截止月底有8179套住屋仍在埃德蒙顿市场上,比去年的7177套和前年的5609套均有上升。
