* y6 [6 k2 r: v% \9 E4 \3 ^Embrace Family Clinic is located in Northgate Mall, now seeking a full time LPN. As a LPN, you will assist your assigned physician with direct and indirect patient care, like taking vitals; health assessment; triaging referrals; and LPN duties as required.

2 ?+ ^4 E' f' I& nQualifications/Skills:
  a( b& K9 W! ~/ S6 X' N" f•        Current CLPNA registration, CPR and BCLS
. y% A$ I) m8 _) a- A( n2 V•        Primary Care delivery to all age groups
•        Demonstrated and effective communication skills
•        Willingness to work in a dynamic environment that requires flexibility and balancing of competing priorities
7 I& t: u8 `% r1 |( F' T! z( Y# b•        Proficient computer skills
•        Immunization specialized certification is preferred.
